A: All distribution of income is handled through Appfolio owner portal and deposits into your bank account. A: Generally, Bundled signs a 1 year lease with residence unless otherwise recommended for yielding the highest price for your investment. A: Bundled does not take security deposits. We strongly recommend using a move in fee to offset the cost of making a unit rent ready or a turn for the next resident.

My husband and I moved into a Bundled managed place last May in Wicker Park from Albany Park. We were honestly really stressed because we were moving into a place half the size of our previous with a large dog ad we really loved our last apartment and landlord, but I needed to be closer to downtown for school. I wasn't use to having such an up-to-date pay and maintenance request system so our first few requests weren't taking care of as quickly though the work was always done well. We hired Bundled to complete bathroom renovations and handyman work. The staff showed up on time each day, always wearing masks, always professional. The project manager was always responsive to texts/emails. I had a question about my final bill, which was explained fully. Payment for services was also seamless through their management software. This company did an excellent job! I highly recommend them, and trust them for all of my future renovation and home repair/handyman needs! I’m including some before/after pics as well!

Joseph has been phenomenal in helping me! I had a in-progress lease break from the previous management and they ghosted me in the final days leading up to the management change. I was scared to contact them since management tends to not be kind to their tenants but I was pleasantly surprised! He helped me reach out to the owner and get the lease break all sorted out without it being a headache! Really has been responsive and helpful in all the questions I had. Lived at this current apartment for over a year during my first year of medical residency and loved it. One complaint I had was the previous landlord who was unresponsive to my maintenance requests and was unprofessional when I spoke with him about my missing packages. After bundled management solutions took over as the primary management company, things have been addressed in a more timely fashion and they are proactive about making sure you get the most out of your living spaces.

Bundled manages a property we rent from. They are inattentive, and have let property get damaged because of inaction. They give bad service, and it takes a lot of wrangling simply to get them to do their jobs and fix things. They give attitude and gaslight you in the process. They also attempt to incentivize good yelp reviews by offering raffles to tenants. Don't work with them!

Bundled MGMT makes it very easy to rent with their online dashboard. I love being able to pay my rent online using the auto pay feature. It's also easy to submit maintenance requests; my furnace went out suddenly on an extremely cold day and they sent someone out in less than an hour to fix it. Overall a great company to work with.

We lived in our apartment through the transition from random workers to this property management firm and they offered plenty of notice for requested repairs and always had Bundled-logo uniformed professionals performing any maintenance. They even offered to help sell our furniture to the incoming tenants.

I recently rented an apartment in Lincoln park that was managed by Bundled Mgmt. All I can say is this company is waaaaaaaay different from other prop mgmt firms. The leasing process was fast and easy and all handled electronically, staff friendly, you can pay rent online, and maintenance requests handled all through their software. Anytime I have had an issue I have gotten a response within an hour and always handled professionally. Great customer service all around.
