Mindset is more than a positive attitude or building resilience against stress; it's about understanding how a healthy brain leads to a healthy body. Nutrition provides the foundational support to fuel the mind and the body, and maximize performance. Think of food as fuel to get you through your day!
Whether you are new to the world of swimming or an experienced water enthusiast, we have an aquatics program that will work for you. Our experienced instructors guide children and adults along the journey to feeling safe and comfortable in the water. We believe that learning to swim is not a luxury but a necessary and vital lifelong skill.
Journey is a digital hub that provides Health First Fitness Club Members with the personalized guidance and tools to get more out of life. Participating members complete a personal evaluation and Journey makes lifestyle recommendations to improve their Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery - the 4 pillars of a healthy lifestyle.
