Personal trainer and fitness enthusiast, Ekaterina A.K.A. Kat, prides herself in changing lives - one fitness plan at a time. Kat grew up in a small town in the Ural region of Mother Russia, close to the border of Kazakhstan. She wasn't your average young girl who occupied herself with many girly things because taekwondo and martial arts gave her much more of a rush.
After winning her first taekwondo competition at the age of seven, Kat knew it was only the beginning of something bigger than herself. Kat spent the next 10 years training and competing as a professional athlete. She earned her "Master of Sport" degree in taekwondo and became a national champion in taekwondo and karate.

I love Kate so much! I've been training with her since November 2021, 5 days a week and the workouts she gives me are perfect. She arrives on time and prepared! She's completely attentive, not once have I injured myself by her instruction. Based on her knowledge and care, she has me lift the right amount of weight and her stretch instructions are ideal. I feel completely taken care of with her and finding her has been one of the best things that's ever happened to me. No one I'd rather be on this weight loss journey with :)

I started training with Kate about 2 years ago and It is the best decision and phone call I ever made. After our first conversation, she provided me with a lot of information over the phone and sent me a detailed plan via email, and asked me questions that prepared my mindset to be ready for our first session. She is extremely educated in not just the fitness aspect (I.e. proper form, exercises etc) but she is super educated about nutrition and health aspects as well. She was definately my motivator, critic (she is direct but always positive, respectful, and never ever out of line) and supporter

I love working out with Kate. I have been working with her since late 2015. Her programming is unlike any other trainer I have ever worked with. She definitely takes the time to personalize my workouts for injuries and for progression over time. She doesn’t just tell you what to do she also gives great explanations as to why. She has not only helped me with my physical fitness but she has helped educated me on health, diet, and wellness.
