Was on time for my appointment which was 11 am didn’t hey called back till 1155 just to be told by the tech that she didn’t have time to do what my appointment was for and ask could I come back another day. No I can’t I work and have a job like you do that’s why I scheduled the appointment and the attitude was like oh well I wouldn’t take a toothless dog there

Dr Yue is the most arrogant dentist in the whole building, actually everyone pretty much is. This business is money hungry. I had a perfect smile with a retainer on my bottom teeth, they removed my retainer and messed up all my teeth with braces and wouldn't do anything until I paid up and I was the age of a minor. They're ignorant here. I would not reccomend this orthodontist building.

The receptionist was not very polite. She seemed to have a nasty attitude, no hello, what's your name how can I help? Very cold and bothered that I asked questions.
The hygienists keep changing, you rarely get the same person.
First time meeting Dr white... She would be the only reason I continue to go there, as I have been looking for another dentist. Dr white was thorough, professional and so polite.

I was there for my first visit, I never got to see the doctor, only the girl that was going to do the x rays, the dentist never came to my room to acknowledge my visit, or to say hello, very unprofessional people starting with the receptionist, when I asked for prices the girl came back very coldly to tell me that the exam and rays was going to be… over 200 hundred dollars when they were announcing a promotion, at this point and not because I did not have money to pay I decided to walk out of there after that cold reception. Some 15 or 20 years ago this was a different group across the street

To be fully explained, and not just by the billing department. The dental care also. I certainly need procedures to be done by the Dentist and not his very young Dental Hygienist . The practice employs highly questionable (bordering on unethical) business practices and does not provide full disclosure to patients about options. In particular, the approach to billing for new patient evaluations and communication between office staff and new patients is intentionally misleading. We are former patients and have transitioned to other dental care providers

Let me start off by saying that Dr Kheiri and the hygienist I've seen are excellent. I would give them 5 stars and I am disappointed that I will now need to find a new dentist. This review is for the practice in general and two recent negative experiences.
The first was a billing issue in which I was offered a free consultation for Invisalign by their financial coordinator. When my statement arrived in the mail I realized they had billed my insurance company for it anyways. I spoke with the office about it and was assured that these charges would be refunded. I can understand a billing mistake

I too received a quite large bill for services since February of 2016. When I called the office I was told I have to call the insurance. So, basically I had to figure out why they are so incompetent and can't keep their books straight. There are multiple issues with this bill. Starting with the fact that it just says "forward balance" in the invoice explanation. To make a long story short it has been 2 weeks since I placed my first call to them to figure this out, and I am still waiting for someone to call me back from their corporate office that apparently has no way of reaching

I just was sent a bill from them for my regular check ups dating back to November of 2015. That is over 2.5 years ago. Every time I left the office i asked if I needed to make a payment and was told it was covered by insurance. Now, I call the office to dispute this very bad business practice, and I'm told that the corporate office has just taken over their billing department. Well no kidding! I cannot believe that they send bills older than 2 years! This has happened for three consecutive years. If you can't send a bill within 30 days of service then you have bad business acumen. This is disturbing to me as I feel like billing me between $20-40 every year for a two year old service is a scam. Do they do this to all of their customers? Can you imagine how much money they collect from this scam?
How am I supposed to remember this service and where have the monthly bills been? I have lived at the same location for over 15 years so they can't use the "wrong address

I want to give this office 0 stars! Please do not go here for your dental needs. My family has been loyal to this practice for 7 years until now. Brittany the office manager is not professional, lies, and does not return calls. If I could take back the thousands of dollars that I have spent here I would.

I had my first cleaning today at the Oak Park Dental Group; it was also my first painless dental cleaning. I mean who actually likes a dentist appointment. Nicole is an awesome dental hygienist! I can't remember my dentist's name (first time and all), yet believe me you will receive appropriate time and explanation. Everyone in the office is pleasant and welcoming. The above picture does not give the office justice. The waiting room and dental rooms are very professional and high tech. Great Dentist Office!! I don't know anybody who just gets all giddy and filled with joy when it's time to go to the dentist and I am one of those people. I HATE it! Especially when I know I haven't been taking care of my teeth as I should (flossing, brushing twice a day) but man I swear the dentists and hygienist here are great. They clean the hell out of your teeth! I had Allie who is one of the hygienist and she was great! My teeth feel so good. Nice and smooth. My first visit here went well very - they have a modern, clean office space, the staff was friendly and the service was fast. I did not wait long to be serviced and both the dentist and hydenist did a very thorough job. Scheduling a follow-up appointment was easy and they had many flexible scheduling options available

I came here for a deep cleaning and it wasn't too bad. I had no problems with Nicole the hygienist. She's gentle and very friendly. Britney at the front desk also helped out and took her time in explaining everything my insurance covered very in detail. The price also seemed reasonable. My only concern here is scheduling because they seemed to be very booked. I recommend calling several times to see if spots open up.

I have been going to this dental office for over 12 years and I will not be returning. The service has gone down the drain. The office was bought approximately 3 years ago and they have hired several young, silly and unprofessional staff to take over. The first encounter is with the receptionist who is not versed in insurance plans, she spends her time texting on her cell phone instead of learning her job. Dental Hygienist Connie was the last of the last and the only reason I continued to keep my services at this clinic, she is leaving, so there is no reason for me to continue services at this

This place, it's CEO and its staff are heaven sent. They offered free cleanings as a Christmas event to those who couldn't afford it. They are the nicest people. They treated every person like family. They were genuinely concerned about everyone and those who had to wait outside in the cold because there were no more chairs inside. They offered free coffee. Very nice environment. I hope everyone sees what they're doing for people and that other businesses follow in their footsteps during these hard times. Nowadays dental care is treated like a luxury, rather than a standard health

Dr Roshan and his staff are wonderful! They are all about making the best experience for their patients. Dr. Roshan has such a uplifting personality that leaves you feeling you are in very good hands. I could've fell asleep in the chair I was so comfortable durning my fillings. They even give me shots to numb my gums for my cleanings because of my sensitive receding gum line.
I've never had a billing issue at this office. The front desk staff is always extremely accommodating and helpful. I don't know what other yelpers are complaining about. I know this office used to be owned

I agree with Shannon that the office is worth the drive. Their costs are reasonable and the staff is great! They always have a smile and willing to answer any questions that I may have.
Since I was a child I despised going to the dentist office. I tend to have a gag reflex and need the suction often. But the staff here understood and always had it ready. They even offered me tinted glasses so that the bright light didn't bother me and I thought that was genius!
A few months back I had a dental emergency for a filling and I was able to be squeezed into an appointment almost immediately
