I have not personally lived here but I know friends who have and they loved it. The apartments are very modern and the buildings themselves are clean and have a lot of amenities. Nice outdoor grilling area/patio in the summer. Great location as well right behind the new Hy-Vee in a growing area. When I move again I’d consider this place for sure.

What a wonderful place to live! I absolutely love all the amenities that are well kept. If I have any requests, they are taken care within 24 hours. The maintenance team is knowledgeable, and if they don't have an answer they will work to figure out the best fix. The communication between the office and the residents is constant and open. I love the app notifications!

On top of rent increases ranging from 15- 30%, there is an additional charge to use the underground parking. Since the parking lot above ground frequently becomes full due to residents choosing not to pay extra for this, the Pines has decided to implement a towing policy for "unauthorized" vehicles ($200 fee). Unauthorized was never defined. This policy is extreme and does not make sense, as it only punishes residents and their guests since this apartment is not near any other traffic in Rochester. We’ve been living here for a couple of months. They were extremely helpful and accommodating during our move in, and have continued their efforts since we’ve been here. Staff is very pleasant and quickly responds to any of our needs or requests. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet apartment conveniently located in Rochester.

This is my first big girl apartment and I absolutely love it! It is the perfect amount of space for me and my dog! We love the layout of this apartment and the location is perfect! Only 10 minutes away from downtown and both hospitals and even closer to IBM! My favorite is being so close to Target, cause really who doesn’t love Target?
