Silver Lake Apartments

These Apartments are the WORST apartments EVER. Since i Lived there More than 7 individuals overdosed in my building along. the owner (Greg) of these apartments is not professional. These Apartments have numerous amounts of problems. These building are infested with MOLD, Bugs. The Maintenance people will enter your house without notice and roam your stuff. ( Things I've Actually Experienced ) Not Only Is This The WORST Apartments to Live in. They Will STEAL MONEY from your Security Deposit and Over Charge You for Thangs They don't Or Have Not Done. Please before considering these apartments try

Awesome place! Quite building. Small kitchen. But, functional. Nice pantry. No pets. No smoking.

I have lived hear a year and a half and it's the best the staff in the office are amazing and really nice the location is great, next to bike trails, silver lake, and store convenient close to your needs, the plus is the neighborhood and neighbors are amazing love this area

Nice quiet environment. I know many people who have moved here and they love it. High recommended. Staff are very friendly. A++!

I have lives here for over 5years. I have been though may landlord in which a few were disrespectful. They get rid of them quickly
Otherwise Brandon have been consistent since day one and is alway eager to come to a solution.
The apartments do need some updating but I see that happening when people move out

I've been living here for almost 4 years now. It's in a great location as far as I'm concerned. It close to shopping and the city park. I have 4 daughters and I feel safe having them here. With the new owners they have been doing great with all kinds of up gradings. They redid the parking lots, roofs, windows, new lighting and paint in the common areas and put in new washer and dryers. They also put in new locks and put up security cameras all round the outside of the building and in the laundry rooms. They seem to be willing to work with you if you may have an issue with something. But what's

Been living at this apartment for almost 3 years. Neighbors are great and landlord is nice and respectful towards tenants. Have great neighbors I met and known. Never had an issue. And they are quick to respond to any problems you might have.

Terrible place to live. Safety repairs aren't addressed owner doesn't care. Refrigerator doesn't work, shower doesn't work filled with mold. Carpeting is filthy. I had slip and fall due to leaking refrigerator. I feel owner is slum lord who doesn't care about living conditions of tenants. Not a place you want to live. Plus he keeps raising rent rates for new tenants. He doesn't keep up with laws related to safety issues.. Rent isn't that cheap. You can find other places that are better for this price. Tiny kitchen area, smaller than my motor home was.
