My mom was treated terrible in memoory care. She had Lewy body idementia, That is hard in it’s self as a family. my mother was not always pleasant due to her disease. We were told by the CEO ,John ,after complaints to him about how she was taken care of because we found food all over her face and bed while she was sleeping. he responded that we could take her somewhere else if we didn’t like the way she was being taken care of. Who does that? Toilets were not fixed. Clothes in her closet were never even her clothes they were from someone else. They were understaffed and did not have people

My mother lived at Riverbend, it was a beautiful facility and very loving and welcoming. They were so caring and helpful. Whenever she needed anything they were quick to respond. The staff was kind and friendly, they all made her feel cared for.

I moved my grandmother to Riverbend Assisted Living 3 years ago. We chose them because of the location and the beautiful building. The care team is top notch. They do everything possible to make sure my grandmother is well taken care of. Recently my grandmother needed to be moved into the memory care area. The care team helped so much in making it an easy transition. I would recommend Riverbend to anyone, it is a great community!

In October I moved my mother to River Bend's memory care home. The move was extremely difficult and emotional for me; Kim and Rob were so kind and caring! They answered all my questions, made the process go smoothly, and were very reassuring all would work out. The first week was difficult for my mother, but memory care staff treated her with compassion, kindness, and gentleness. After that first week, I visit my mother weekly.
