Our time spent as residents here could not have been better. I'm racking my brain to think of something that I could write that would dissuade anyone from living here, but not one thing comes to mind. Tonya, the rental manager, was beyond kind, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and truly likable. She always made sure that everything was copasetic with the apartment (which it always was), and she also went above and beyond in providing us with hints and treasures of Oregon, as we came from NYC and were constantly questioning her as to what her favorite spots were, and she always

I leased a Penthouses here during 2017, overlooking the post office, within view of the flashing Go by Train sign. It was awesome!!! Amazing views. Opening the windows facing the park, filled the rooms with sounds of children playing, and of street cars rolling down ninth avenue. The complex is well maintained, and professionally managed. I was lucky enough to live in this building for nearly 4 years. I lived there alone and always felt safe. If I ever needed anything for my apartment, the staff was there to help. I used to work night shift and everyone always did their best to accommodate my weird sleeping schedule with respect to regular maintenance, deliveries, etc. I'm sad to leave Burlington Tower, but I'm happy I got to love there!

Have lived here close to a year and couldn't be more pleased: the apartment is spacious, with bright light, good soundproofing, plenty of storage space, and airy ambiance. The building is very well run, with the staff going the extra mile to assure renters' satisfaction. Social gatherings are available, residents are friendly, as are the children and dogs. Good parking options, fantastic location, secure and very well maintained common spaces. My balcony faces west, gets fantastic afternoon sun, and is the perfect spot for my herb and vegetable planters. Love this place!

My wife and I spent nearly three years living here, and we are sad to leave.
The good points;
Location - cannot be faulted. Right in the Pearl District
Staff - both front office and maintenance are always courteous and extremely efficient.
Gym - all equipment was renewed in the summer of 2015. Shame it's hardly gets used.
Building - heating was never needed and air conditioning rarely needed. Concourse and corridors always spotless and freshly painted.
Security - very good. They have a doorman working 5PM-10PM, 5 nights a week.
Neighbors - very friendly
Sound proofing - good.

We moved to Burlington Tower after selling our home in NE Portland last year. Downsizing to a smaller home was definitely a challenge, but the team at Burlington made our move easy.
Community Manager, Tonya, ensured that our move was an easy one. All of the details were wrapped up, well before our move. Move in day was a breeze with a dedicated elevator for our use, and secured loading area for our movers.
We loved arriving to the unit to a bottle of wine on the counter, and welcome note from the entire building staff.

After my retirement as a physician living in Bellingham,WA, my wife and I wanted to re-experience Portland. We decided to try to find a rental in NW Portland, specifically the Pearl district. My wife did all the research before renting, which was quite the endeavor, as each block within the Pearl can be quite different with respect to vibe, noise, sunlight and restaurants. We researched a dozen or so apts online but either they didn't fit-the-bill or they had no vacancies. We eventually discovered that we had somehow overlooked the Burlington Towers as we thought it was a condominium building

I should have done this sooner...we loved living at the Burlington for 2 1/2 years and only moved because we bought a place. We looked at ALL of the apt bldgs in the area and since all are comparable in price, some bldgs have more to offer than others. Especially being one of the ONLY apt bldgs that has concrete floors, thus eliminating noise from other tenants. Location is very important and this bldg is close to everything. The PO and Train noise can be challenging at times, but it's all part of urban living. The management staff is awesome and will go above and beyond to help with
