Interesting I have noticed from driving by that things look different it actually has a nice decent Vibe now growing up two blocks from here this used to be a housing project it was like a miniature Gangland tough Place back in the day this whole area was called The Block Subway used to get constantly robbed things have been gentrified in changed I wonder where they pushed them to

This place has horrible management, I was in touch with both Latisha and Jennifer they both tried saying my boyfriend and I’s social security cards came up as deceased so we contacted the social security administration they said that was false and they were worried about how sketchy this place was because they would not tell us where they got their information from after finally telling we called them and they said that was incorrect as well and we are both ALIVE and well, so I don’t what their problem is but my people are handling it. This place gives of the sketchiest vibes, I’m happy to

My daughter just moved in last month and everything has been great! Great location and they work hard to keep the place nice. The few small issues that she has had , Amanda has fixed quickly and made sure she is happy. Latisha is a dream to work with, from the day we looked at the apartment all the way through ! Any little question or any help, Latisha is always willing to help! So happy we chose The Villas and so very Thankful for Latisha!

Lola is amazing. The landscaping is beautiful. We needed a place right away but there wasn’t going to be a unit available for a couple of weeks. We ended up moving to another complex and were very unhappy/disappointed. We ended up breaking our lease so we could move into the Villas at Flagler Point.
