I’ve been a resident here for a year and five months. The management here are very accommodating and friendly. The maintenance are very responsive for our requests. Recently there was a water leakage above us. This leakage was not Vantage’s fault but they worked hard to get in contact with the partner in question. The water leakage happened during a holiday, but maintenance, Josh, and a remediation partner were quick to check the water damage in our apartment. Water was surfacing under our floorboards. Within the afternoon, they supplied us with fans and dehumidifiers. Each day, they checked

Amazing place to live right in the heart of downtown St. Pete..!! Has more than enough quality amenities and the roof top pool is one of our favorites! The management team is very helpful, especially Bianca..! She went out of her way to make sure we felt at home and also recommended tons of great spots! One of our favorites is Hawker’s..!! Highly recommend working with Bianca, thanks for everything!

If you’re considering living in St. Pete, there isn’t another place that offers the quality and amenities that vantage does. Bianca was very thorough and helped us understand why The Vantage is the place to live in St. Pete. Honestly, too much to relay on a review. You just have to come see it and make sure Bianca gives you the tour!

I toured Vantage today and loved it! Shaun was a great help to not only explain all the the amenities, but also provide insight into St. Petersburg! The apartments are in a great location; close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away from the crowds. The building is clean and made of concrete and steel--perfect for living in peace and quiet. The views are also spectacular! I will be checking for availability on the daily in hopes to make Vantage my new home!

I have lived in Vantage for nearly a year, and just renewed my lease a few days ago. The building and units are well built, quiet, and conveniently located just between the 275 and downtown St Pete. Michele and Bianca have always been extremely helpful and the process of signing my initial lease, as well as renewing was simple and straightforward. I have lived in several apartments over the past decade and this is one of the best. Highly recommended.

After searching online, Vantage was my top choice for apartments in St Pete and I was thrilled when I saw a one bedroom become available on the website. I immediately scheduled an appointment to view the next day during my lunch break. I drove from downtown Orlando that morning and worked remotely all day so I could make my appointment. I arrived on time and no one was in the leasing office. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to notice. Finally, a woman comes out of her office and asks if I am waiting for a tour. I said yes, I had scheduled one for 1pm. She then rudely informs me that the

I love living here. The Vantage truly cares about their residents. Bianca at the front is an angel and is always going out of her way to make me feel welcomed and safe. They even have a valet pet grooming services for the residents which is super convenient for me and my goldendoodle Hank. Dustin the groomer does a fabulous job. If you can live here I defiantly say do it.

Finally! We are all settled in! Can not thank Bianca, Sean, Michelle and Ovee enough for their assistance in making my transition down to Florida so easy! Definitely has a home feel opposed to a stereotypical apartment complex. I love the aesthetic appeal of the building inside and out, amenities and appreciate the entire team. Highly recommend!

Ive been living here for 9 months and it has been a great experience. The apartments are fully concrete with high ceilings with an industrial look. The staff and people that live here are friendly. Whenever a problem or spill occurs the maintenance and cleaning crew are on it. The free Starbucks drinks and fitness classes help make living here great.

Amazing new luxury loft apartment community with studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments . It's located in St. Petersburg,FL with fantastic views, a rooftop pool, great decor, community room, gym . I visited a friend that lives here, it was so impressive, I would not hesitate to live here if I had the opportunity. Everything was clean. They have a parking garage for the guests and a visitor parking lot behind the building. The photos say it all. If you are looking for a cool place to live in St Pete, walkable to downtown St Pete, definitely consider the Vantage.

I live here now (temporarily)! The finishes and amenities in this building are impeccable, from the common areas to the kitchen and bathroom. Pet friendly which is obviously a must. Ample garage parking, a never full gym (two rooms!) and a coffee bar for residents.

Some apartment lines have completely windowless bedrooms. It feels strange to be in constant darkness in the sunshine city and I'd recommend opting for a line without these confines.

COVID safety is recommended but not really practiced by residents. So if wearing masks in elevators, etc. is your thing (it should be), beware.

After an incredibly warm and accommodating leasing experience with Kristin, my partner and I decided to move into the Vantage. We are moving from out of state and Kristin gave us a wonderful virtual tour and answered all of our questions promptly and transparently. She was personable yet professional, friendly yet highly organized and efficient. She truly made us feel excited and confident about our move. Thank you Kristin!

I was moved into an apartment that was unfinished. Promised in 5 days it would be repaired.It has now been 15 and was just told maybe sometime next week. Same thing I was told last week, I've asked the staff a total of 9 times when it would be fixed. Given the runaround or they do not get back to me. Taking legal action under Florida Statute 83.51(1) to demand repair . Will update when resolved
