Not even two months in living here. as another resident stated in their review. I've put in numerous work orders for this one matter that should have been fixed before I even moved in. Leasing manager erica texted and called me to say that the matter would be fixed that day and a whole week later its still not done.
1/5/2022 couldn't take my trash out because it was blocked off with boxes and boards cause the garbage was full so I had to take my trash back home with me but of course most people are still going to leave trash in front of the barricade anyway. Most definitely need more than one

The ladies in the office are very rude and nasty when you have an issue with your apartment they try to charge you every month for different things you will never pay what u are supposed to pay please expect to pay at least 300 more then the actual rent each month they fix nothing on time and when they do it's just rigged up very disappointed in the complex when the trash can is broken they expect us to keep a build up inside our home if we take it to the trash they fine us 100 dollars they told me I was moving onto one apartment that I reserved just to sign my lease and find out I have been upgraded

I want to start my review off with just saying that Brittany in the leasing office is amazing, has been nothing but an absolute delight from the moment we started our move in process. The complex was recently taken over by a new management company and you can tell. They are making huge efforts all over the property.
So far everything has been excellent.
We’ve been here for alittle over two weeks now and our neighbors are friendly, the office has promptly fixed any of our issues. They offer many amenities, the playground is awesome and there are lots of families here.

Water
Water bill is always over $190 every month. I was told that your water Bill is based on the #of residents in your unit and the size of your unit since there is no way they can see how much water you actually use (no individual water meter).
They DO NOT fix anything even after submitting multiple work orders.
I sent another work order for the 100th time regarding the hole in my ceiling after the upstairs flooding leaked into the kitchen. It took me having to go up to the office after no fixes months later. Although that was repaired, there are still a bunch of things that they still have

It’s frustrating when you pay 1500 in rent an can’t even get a reasonable work order completed in a timely matter. I have work orders that I put in 2 1/2 months ago that are still not done. An when I call they lie and say the guys is coming and never show. When I initially moved in, it took them months to fix problems that should have been corrected before I moved in. Parking is terrible like everyone one say, my mom literally have to walk two buildings down just to get to her car. Unless I drive her down. I feel bad for any elderly or handicap individuals who have to suffer. I wouldn’t recommend
