I have lived here for 19 months and my dog and I love it. We feel at home here in DTSP! The location is convenient with so many nearby dining options, nightlife, groceries, drug store and so much more all in walking distance. We meet other fur babies in this pet friendly neighborhood and always feel safe walking at night. Secured parking is great and I am pleased with the amenities: beautiful pool, fitness center, and quiet spaces to work remotely with reliable wifi. We've lived in Beacon 430 for about 3 months now, and so far our experience has been awesome. We relocated from out of state, and Debbie made the leasing process very simple.
We love our apartment - the layout, the square footage, the finishes. We also love the location of Beacon - downtown, but still in a residential area. And we absolutely love the amenities - we've spent countless hours at the pool and using the gym. Any maintenance issues have been corrected immediately and haven't been anything major - batteries needed to be replaced in our smoke detectors and Jonah came over himself to get

Such a shame that all these beautiful high rises around here are way to expensive for the people who've been apart of this community all their lives. Soon as they go up, their already filled with new guest to the city from all over the world. Yet, the people in leadership tell us, their building up our community! But for who? I wonder. The owners totally look over the people here that work 2 to 3 jobs just to survive. No time for vacation or sky rise living because the salery they earn wouldnt cover the rent. We moved to FL only a few months ago, needed to make a quick decision as work and COVID. We came down 2 weeks prior to our move in date to look at the Beacon 430. Jonah was our guide and he was AMAZING! Now that we are here, Jonah is our go to for any help needed at the apartment, and life is easy. I will recommend this place to everyone!

I have lived at Beacon 430 for just over 4 years now and love the community! Debbie and the entire staff including maintenance have made such an impact on me enjoying where I live, they truly care about their residents. I was new to the area and found that everyone here is so friendly, the downtown area has so much to offer and everything is walkable! If you’re a pet owner this a great place to live, they have a dog park where my dog plays with her furry friends, she likes to make daily visits to the office for treats and tons of love from Debbie and the staff!

I've lived in a couple of apartment buildings across downtown Saint Pete, and between the beautiful apartment floor plans, the serene pool (that also acts as a meditative atrium with all the birds and moving water sounds), the gym that beats out EVERY other apartment gym, the office staff who can somehow remember everyone's names and is so kind and polite, the multitude of publicly available rooms to work out of.. it just doesn't get any better than Beacon 430. The pricing is highly competitive, the location is amazing to be in walking distance from pretty much anywhere in downtown, including one

I lived here for 9 months until July 2020 as temporary housing. Couldn’t be happier with my choice; great location close to all St. Pete downtown has to offer but quiet. Great accommodations, property very well maintained to retain its high class feel. Secure gated garage parking. Office staff is super friendly and maintenance requests addressed in 24 hours. Great choice for pet owners as well; very pet friendly. You’ll love it here.

From the first interaction to the last, the staff and management of the Beacon 430 were stellar. We lived there shy of 3 years and only moved out due to life decisions as a result of the pandemic. We did not want to leave, but even in the process of breaking the lease, management worked with us and was very understanding. I read through other reviews and we experienced none of those issues. If we saw a bug, we asked for the pest control service and had no further issues.
