I moved in this previous October and I’m gonna miss this place! The office staff is incredibly friendly, patient (it was my first apartment so I had lots of questions!) and helpful. Any of my maintenance orders were taken care of the day I placed them and the maintenance staff was always a pleasure to talk to when I got the chance. I don’t think I could’ve had a better first experience! They are older apartments so they have some quirks, but I personally think it added to the charm. In my unit, there wasn’t a light in my bedroom so I recommend bringing a floor lamp or maybe some LED lights

My boyfriend and I are first time renters in an apartment complex. We were skeptical at first about having neighbors all around and it possibly being noisy. We moved in 2 months ago and we feel right at home. Very well kept, floor plan is spacious, neighbors are friendly, staff is accommodating and the area is great!

Sept. 2019- We felt very welcomed by the Eastchester Ridge family during our entire visit! Tiffany and Melissa are very professional and caring - truly the best office management staff I've ever come across. What a beautiful place to live! The grounds are well kept and the community felt very safe. The pool, dog park, and playground look very nice as well. Overall, from what we were told and from my general inclinations, it really does seem like it's going to be a great place to live, if everything works out for us!! Swing by and check the place out!
