Do not recommend. Was trying to show interest in getting an apartment here and the staff in the leasing office was rude. The girl at the desk was even on video call and had an attitude like I was bothering her or something. I should've known, the reputation about this complex is terrible and I completely understand why. The grounds are not well kept at all.

My older parents live here. This is by far the worst apartment I've ever seen in my life. I feel bad for leaving them here. Leasing office is unresponsive unless you tell them 3+ times to do something, they are also rude and unprofessional. I had to outsource to get some maintenance things done after reminding the office more than 4 times. They also close randomly a lot. Ridiculous. Not worth the money anyone pays to be here.

I'm leaving a full and honest review. The apartments are not well kept and look trashy on the outside. It's very much outdated and the landscaping is not kept up well 9 times out of 10. When you first move in, more than likely, you'll see that your apartment is INFESTED with roaches as well. For me, they went away after a couple of months but for some, they never do. The interior is not bad although -- I do have to say that it is a decent space. The closet is nice, and big (the other closet in the hallways of the apartment aren't big enough for storage so expect that space to be minimized), the

I've been here for a month, management is good so far all the problems that I had were handled immediately and fixed immediately....But my biggest problem is nasty roaches and nasty neighbors. The apartment is nicely renovated. But only a few day after I moved in I seen roaches. They have pest control out here every Thursday which I wish I would have known from jump. They are In cabinets, around dishes, food and in the bathroom. I have a one year old and 9 months this pregnant this is a complete inconvenience being that I'm about to deliver my baby !!! Tonight I seen a huge "American roach" run

When my wife and I first started dating, this is where we lived. We own our own house now, but I have never forgotten this place. When we first started out, we had literally nothing. I was on unemployment and my wife only had a part time retail job, and the management of Raintree still worked with us to get us an apartment. We were basically living in cheap motels on credit while we looked for a permanent residence. Raintree was a blessing to us. I rather enjoyed staying there.
