These folks are great to do business with!!! Easy going, fair, punctual payment (wish others paid like these folks do!!), understanding of other business and family obligations!!! If you’re in need of a home they’re also one of the very best Property management companies I’ve ever done business with. From the front office to the President/Owners their all available to address your concerns!!! They don’t hide behind their office doors!! I searched for a property management company and praise God I found T'Vinci! Steve and his wife Carolyn have been the MOST valuable asset to me as a first time real estate investor with my first rental property. I look forward to having them manage many more in the future. Not a good experience as a landlord.
- unauthorized charges
- does not collect full rent
- fails to inform landlord that they were unable to collect full rent, instead just sends check for less than amount documented on lease agreement
- poor communication overall
- the President is only involved during the sale pitch / acquisition period. Never introduced his full team. No clear understanding of who manages the account / who to contact regarding account & monthly statements
+ Terri (not sure of title / job function) is very pleasant and communicates well. My guess is she takes work orders

If it were possible to rate T'Vinci Properties with a 4.99 I would do so; and after a longer relationship, I expect my rating to be 5/5.
After more than a year of dealing directly with a tenant who was not the best fit, and a renovation contractor I would never use again, the T'vinci team presented me with sensible options for repairs and improvements, and brought in a tenant prepared to commit to an acceptable lease length and rate. Getting the property where it needed to be was not inexpensive...but it was well done in a timely manner, and the return I was looking for is materializing.
