A gated community that’s not fully gated, the gate is always broken and many of my friends and neighbors stated that this has always been a issue for over 10 years. When we first moved in the community was great but seems to be going downhill. More and more vehicle break ins are occurring. Though the maintenance men are great the issues with some of these apartments require more work than just the maintenance men. Drains have water bugs or huge cockroaches that are always coming out, seems like a pipe is connected with the lake behind the apartment. Water leaks from the ceiling and under the

Before moving to Gateway Club apartments I toured several other properties. What made them standout from all the other properties was the leasing staff! The women in the office were phenomenal! I viewed the unit at least three times before I actually put in my application and the agent never showed any signs of being irritated or frustrated with me. Needless to say we moved in and everything went well and I truly love it here. The maintenance staff is even top notch which is surprising because you rarely get a good office staff and maintenance staff it's usually one or the other. No the complex

Gateway Club Apts has been a wonderful place to live. The community is very well kept, the apartments are large and spacious and the maintenance staff is VERY attentive if there are problems. The office staff is always welcoming when we visit to pick up new filters or just stop by to chat. The pool area is gorgeous with both covered areas as well as sunny spots, a hot tub and secured for residents only. There are also a few grills there if you plan on making it a complete day at the pool. There is also a well-equipped on-site gym as well as tennis courts and a playground. Highly recommend Gateway

Love the location of this complex! It’s close to everything I could want and need! We just moved here from ATL three weeks ago. Our apartment is beautiful and spacious (2 bedroom/2 bath). Grounds are kept neat and clean and maintenance is very responsive. Beth was GREAT to work with...super friendly and helpful from the tour all the way to our move in date. I see us staying here beyond our first year.

We lived here for almost 4 years and loved it. The staff is always friendly and quick to help. They keep you up to date on everything through email. And the location is perfect, close to everything, but still in it's own little corner so when your home you feel comfortable and relaxed. And we always had great neighbors!

I had been apartment hunting for weeks, this was my last place to tour. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Beth. She showed me 2 apartment floor plans. I was pleased with what I had seen. Talked over with my husband and we applied. We had a few hiccups along the way nonetheless Misty, Beth and Carrie were there with us the whole way. Long story short we were approved and ready to move in. Walked into our new home the smell was so fresh, the apartment was so clean we literally could place our stuff inside without extra cleaning. I lived here for two years and it was great! The unit was turned over to me in top condition and living here was quite with nice neighbors. The staff was always helpful and went other o their way to to help me and communicate. Misty, the Community Manager, was awesome. She was always quick to respond to questions and very helpful. She even took personal effort to help me recover some mail. It was just a real feeling of community and being looked out for there. Her and the rest of the office were always easy to communicate with and friendly. My neighbors were all really great, respectful and friendly

All i can say is DO NOT trust their google reviews. I posted an honest 1 start review about our time at this disgusting place and it STILL has not shown up on Google Reviews....yet a 5 star review from yesterday with no explanation shows up just fine. Don’t trust the reviews as they are clearly picking and choosing what to show the public.

I first met with Elizabeth "Beth" in the leasing office. I was met with a big smile and was made to feel very comfortable. I felt as if I was a guest that was wanted!! We spoke briefly about my needs and she showed me what she thought would be a great apartment for me and my son Bryce [22]. I was impressed with the apartment but explained I was looking for something with dark wooden cabinets and granite countertops. She looked at her available units and found me the perfect apartment. I immediately fell in love with it and within a week I was all moved in! It was extremely easy and the process

We all know nothing & no one is perfect but my family & I live at Gateway Club since 2012. They always cater your needs the best they can. Of course considering the times when it’s busy. And Misty the manager is just awesome. She means business every time we want things to get done. She won’t waste time & response asap. People would always say “oh… it’s expensive” but where can u find a nice apartment with very nice amenities, clean & well maintained area, valet trash,heated pool, area where kids can play & be safe. I have lived at the Gateway Apartments for 17 years. The staff is very friendly, always there to help you with your needs . Hats off to Misty the property manager. She is a keeper. The apartments are very upscale, the property is very well maintained. I have been well taken care of by the office for which Iam very greatful. The matanance staff is… at your beck and call when every you need them. The owner Michael Puder takes this property very seriously and see's that everything is up held to his highest standard.
