Moving in here was made very easy we were able to see the property the same day we called. Whenever I call up to the office For maintenance issues i really only dealt with Miranda and she’s made sure everything has gotten taken care of within the day I never have to call them twice. We live living here and you can tell most of the girls in the office enjoy their job.

Sometimes, you really have to give credit, where credit is due. & the staff here, well, some of them are pretty impressive, it’s nice to see people who are still willing to put in a hard days work, knowing full well that they are surrounded by folks that collect unemployment ….instead of getting back to work. Our complex is so blessed to have someone like Alex (the-main-maintenance-guy) to keep us happy & safe, day in, & day out! My name is Deborah and I have lived here since 2004. As a long term resident I have seen a lot of people come and go with management and maintenance. One of the best men on staff for maintenance is Chris Hopkins! He is extremely knowledgeable about his job and the apartments. I have had several water emergencies and Chris was right there to fix the problem with a smile. He explains everything to me and I learn new things from him every time. In my opinion, he truly loves his job and the residents too. I give him more than 5 stars but can only use 5. As residents we are lucky to have him and hope

Have been living here for almost 2 years now and we’ve had great experiences so far but the best part is how quickly and convenient it is to make maintenance requests! Chris has been awesome and is always on top of stuff and it is much appreciated! Anytime we have had an issue he’s always been there to help immediately, thank you Chris! You’re awesome and thank you for always making us feel like it’s never been a hassle for maintenance unlike most other apartment complexes I’ve lived in, he’s definitely the best!

Been a resident for almost 5 years now. New management has been great; Diana has been so helpful with our most recent transfer. Desiree has been awesome with all the paperwork(confusion on my end) and requests needed. Chris and Alex from maintenance have responded timely to our service request needs. Oh and I can't forget Miranda, who I feel like has taken most of my calls while we have been living here. She's been great at helping us get our apartment needs met too!
It's definitely been a great place to live with my family, and we've been lucky to have had some awesome neighbors.

I really like living here, I feel like I am very lucky to have very nice, quiet and polite neighbors. The staff is always friendly and helpful, if you ever ask Diana for anything she will make it happen & do so with a smile! I haven’t had many maintenance issues, but when I moved in I got fantastic service from the maintenance technician, the tall guy that you see in the golf cart, I don’t remember his name but he got my issues taken care of. So far I am very pleased.

Have been here a little over two years and we love it. Very dog friendly with complementary doggy bags offered at multiples posts throughout the complex. The apartment are very nice and spacious and the members of the Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Miranda. She has been here since we first moved in and has been extremely kind and resourceful whenever we are having any time of issues or had questions of any kind. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a nice apartment in a good neighborhood!

I have truly enjoyed living here. I must admit, they handle repairs very quickly. Chris is very nice and he does a great job with the maintenance work.
The landscaping is kept very well also. I am looking forward to them upgrading my bedroom closet doors.
Staff is very friendly and management is hands on. Overall great place to live.

What a nice place, we love it here! When we first moved in there was some construction going on and since then there have been some nice upgrades around the complex. The girls in the office will do anything to take care of your questions or concerns and The grounds workers are fantastic! Alex, the maintenance person has always been here day or night for anything that has ever came up and he always gets it taken care of. It seems like the parking has gotten better recently and We are really enjoying the pool now that it is warming up!
