Management failed to address a security threat. Ultimately I had to move out before my lease expired in order to keep my child safe from a neighbor. The company had the nerve to want me to continue paying the rent and sent me to collections. Even after I've paid the amount they asked, my credit report still shows this as derogatory. I paid this off years ago!

I lived here back in 2015 and the area was decent and the complex was nice but management was very condescending to me and my roommates since we were a bunch of college kids on property. I remember we got talked to about something that got broken in the club house by another tenant but we were the ones threatened with being evicted because we were in the same area as them. To add onto that there was a package thief who stole one of our roommates packages and the front office had no security cams or witnesses. I'd say save your money and go down the block from here to Ralston Courtyard.

My fiance and I have lived at Cypress Point for just over two years and would absolutely recommend. When we first moved to Ventura, we had a tough time warming up to the idea of living in such a big apartment complex. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the apartments, the open/spacious floor plans, and the helpfulness of the staff. The amenities are awesome! We love the jacuzzi/pool area, it really feels like a little resort. The location is great-super close to lots of great restaurants and an easy commute to downtown via the 126. Don't live here. Everything looks good on the outside, but living here was difficult, at best. I had electrical and water interruptions on a regular basis without notice. Furthermore, my neighbors were using my hot water, somehow. I know this because they had a washer in their unit. I couldn't take a shower while they were washing cloths. As the temperature of the shower would change as their washer used my hot water. I would get sudden random temperature changes while taking showers any other time, as well.

Cypress Point Apartments is a very clean and healthy living environment. The apartments are not boxy, have hook ups for stackable washer/dryer, newer appliances, great pool area, and gym that I use daily. I've toured many nearby apartments in Ventura, and for your money Cypress Point gives you more bang for your buck, while giving you that home feeling in each unit. The staff are very friendly and have helped with any issues that arise.
