I had been having some trouble finding a place for myself and my two dogs and couldn't be happier that we found this place. A BIG perk is that Sofi will let you have two dogs without weight restrictions (I think? lol). Though I have to commute to Santa Barbara, Sofi Ventura is such a nice place to live. Jasmine and Bianca worked really hard to ensure that my move in was seamless and checked in throughout my move to see if they could be of any assistance. The apartment is also much larger than I thought it would be and the amenities are great. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe. Would recommend

My spouse and I have lived in the Ventura College area for 10 years, therefore, we personally have seen many of the housing changes the neighborhood has gone through. Sofi of Ventura is a very positive change for Ventura, California. It is so positive that we decided to make Sofi of Ventura our home! We can honestly say that we did our househunting homework because, we visited many apartment home complexes throughout the 10 years and up to the present. Sofi of Ventura exceeds resident expectations 100 plus percent. If there are any type of issues, the office personnel is on it right away.

Sofi ventura is phenomenal. Not only are the premises immaculate and safe but the amenities and spaciousness is so wonderful! What really makes Sofi is the staff! Jasmine went above and beyond to make the experience great and I'm so grateful to her! Bianca and Jennifer were so sweet and helpful too. I've never had such a great experience before, moving is so stressful and I'm glad I chose the right place to make an easy transition!

I am extremely SATISFIED as a new renter at Sofi Ventura! The Sofi staff has been exceptional.
As a new resident, I have had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with the rental office staff and maintenance staff.
They are ALL awesome and truly concerned about meeting the residents needs. Bianca has followed up with me in order to ensure that all of my residential needs have been met.

We’ve lived here about three weeks, so it’s very preliminary. I’ll have to revisit the review later. Anyway, we’re so happy living here and have had such a great experience so far. Bianca is amazing and so sweet, and Nancy has been helpful too. The maintenance has already been really responsive and professional. The neighbors are respectful, mind their own business, and it’s a very quiet/family oriented neighborhood. There are kids playing outside all day and it’s very cute. Everyone is quiet at night. Only issue is that the walls are pretty thin so when neighbors run up/down the stairs

From the moment I called to schedule a walk through to this day, has been great. Everyone in the leasing office is super nice and very helpful. I really like Scott and Jenny. I would and I have already definitely recommend this place to people I know. I don't know who the previous owners were before moving in. But!! The new crew is awesome :)

From the first contact I had with the property manager Jennifer, I felt completely at ease and happy with my decision to move here. She was extremely helpful in getting me into the apartment that best fit my needs, which is a nearly non-existent character trait from other property managers in my past experience renting. Jenny's the best!

When I moved back to the area and began looking at apartments, the newly remodeled Sofi looked great. For the area, they are the best value for your money, and the office staff are all super friendly and helpful! Jennifer even picked up an amazon package that was delivered before I moved in and held it for me. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home!

I've lived at So-Fi Ventura (formerly Ventura Del Sol) for almost four years and have been satisfied here, except for the recent changes: The complex was sold in October, 2019 (for $72 million, by the way) and a few months later, FPI Management informed residents that a "utilities bill" would be forthcoming. It was, in March, 2020, for trash removal, sewer, water, and water heating. The monthly bills so far for a single were $72, $46, $64, and $49. These were labelled a percentage of overall usage. I was signing my contract on line getting ready to move in May 23, notice that my dog was not listed in contract called them(let me track back a little I told them and wrote it in the application that I have a small dog a young girl Jennifer said that would not be a problem I gave them 200 plus 50 for credit check I was approved with one month free rent) a lady answer the phone I told her who I was the apartment number and explained to her my dog was not in the contract she asked me if my dog was an emotional support dog what dog isn't I said to her yes she starts telling I need a letter from
