Very nice place to live. Very well maintained, maintenance people are always on top of any problems you might have. Very close to many restaurants and shopping. Also hwy 101 is just down the street.15 minute to Ventura Harbor and beach. Pool and exercise room. Great management. Friendly people. Love all the trees and flowers.

I lived in a two bedroom apartment here from Nov 2018 to Nov 2019. For the most part my roommates and I loved this complex, pool, jacuzzi and friendly management that seemed to care. Unfortunately they used all of our $800 deposit during move out for expenses, which we didn't agree with, but we accepted.
Unfortunately things took a turn for the worst after we moved out. One and a half years later we all got letters from a collections agency notifying us we still owed $800 and they would report us to the credit bureaus if we didn't pay. This being the first time any of us had heard this claim we

Mostly great!! Things to watch for is quality of repairs. The 3 years we've been here our kitchen floor has 'leaked' glue from underneath the floor. And other places in the house too. So they covered it up with a new floor.
Ok, it doesn't quite match, b/c they either can't get the original type of floor, or they don't want to. At any rate they put down on top a similar color floor than the rest of the house. Few months later, Bam more glue oozing out. PICTURE INCLUDED ON THE GOOGLE PAGE.
We clean it up Regularly to no avail. So covered the worst spot which is right in front of the refrigerator

I love it here. The mature trees around the property are great. There is a public park across the street. Apartments are quite - I never hear my neighbors - and the community is, overall, very quite. I have new appliances in my unit as well as new carpet (moved in 8 months ago). Scarlett is amazing as are my neighbors. I may never leave. :-) It falls short of a 5 star rating because there is carpet. Why can't I have vinyl plank flooring throughout?

Lived here 5 years already. Great management, great maintenance when needed, good community, pool is great, close to the 101 Freeway, food, grocery and shopping stores. People here are friendly. We're trying to stay here as long as we can. That's how much we love it here. Oh and the apartments are big depending on which model you get. I think the upstairs are bigger but the bottom apartments are a good size. We even have a washer and dryer inside which we love.

I am surprised at any poor reviews. This is a quiet, friendly complex and my unit is roomy with lots of light. This is a beautiful property, I love the walkways, all the trees and flowers and wildlife. Veronica in the leasing office is just awesome and takes care of everything I need and Paul in maintenance is always quick and does an excellent job. I have really enjoyed my time here. I moved from San Diego to Ventura for my job and have lived here at Via Ventura for the past 10 months. I am moving back to San Diego this month and feel very lucky to have found such a great home while I was here

I have now lived at Via Ventura for six months. I was thrilled when I found this apartment. The floor plan is wonderful .The physical location of the complex is fantastic. We love the amenities. Unfortunately, the humming noise at night coming from the electric meter room outside my apartment is terrible and disrupts my sleep. I have been complaining to the manager for five months. There are times the noise is so loud it can be heard from one side of the apartment to the other. The manager states that work has been done, but no one tells me when work has been done nor checks in with me to see if

My husband and I recently moved in, and love everything about our new community so far. There were 2 visits with Kyle E. and Jonathan F. before our final decision was made, and they both were extremely accommodating and friendly throughout the apartment home showing, application, pre and post-move-in phases. Even relative to our companion animals and their comfort and well being.

I had my tenant walk-thru with Manager Ken and Maintenance Representative Rene last week and was very impressed with their attention to detail and caring attitude. The time they spent with me was so reassuring and I am delighted to be a new resident at Via Ventura.
