I first gave a good review, but after being in our house for 2 months and in over 40k between electrical, plumbing, mold, furnace and water heater. I would never recommend...did he even look at everything?!?! we have did all that and Rws won't pay for anything, and here we sit without heat or hot water, because the hot water heater is leaking gas.and the furnace has not been properly maintained and is so clogged and rusted it has been catching fire!

Troy was a fantastic inspector. He was very thorough and took his time explaining the fundamentals of each system he was inspecting and the present state of the defect throughout the inspection. As a real estate investor, his insights about cost estimates were very helpful for estimating rehab costs. I would 100% recommend him to both homeowners and real estate investors.
