Before Homeriver took over I were highly interested in those apartments, Crestcore had minor issues but they worked with me knowing that I was a single mom and I still paid rent. They just gave me time to do it. Now Homeriver has taken over the late fees are ridiculous I had covid twice Homeriver didn't show any care , leak in my house from plumbing iss that never was down bad odor in the kitchen under the sinks, an etc I were trying to lease too own but not here!!!!

Need Memphis TN Code expired Enforcement to inspect the three Elevators expiration dates, (2019) The walls windows and ceilings are wet during rain mold and mildew inside the buildings The water systems need checking. The outside standing water, The emergency lighting doesn't work, It's too dark around the buildings after dark, No Security at anything. No working online cameras. No COVID-19 information Fire hazard in hallways Hallways should be clear of chairs, standing stands on the floors and hallway rails. Handicap

Before they took over our property we always had a understanding in rent I never had a issue with the rent people until they took over . they up the price of the rent without my acknowledgment never called or anything when did ask for a lease since Jan no one never called back so they just been adding charges to account ledger and just been making me pay extra money every month on top of extra late fees I never had this problem before they took over .

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD.... Lot of these 5 starts are EMPLOYEES! Working with HomeRiver has been THE WORST experience in my life. The property manager - Sheppard- doesn't respond to emails; small issues take WEEKS to get resolved ; I am currently without PLUMBING OR HEAT in my home AS WINTER arrives -and it has been this way for over two weeks. Delays in approving the work from vendors once they are sent out delay work even longer - I've tried to identify their legal counsel for my lawyer to correspond with around these issues ; and have run into nothing but road blocks - all while they hide

I ended up not taking the house (and lost a one month deposit), and I'm ok that didn't if the customer service with the leasing team is a reflection of how they treat residents.
When it was time for me to sign docs, pay deposits, and lock down the lease terms, there was a HUGE sense of urgency. I was called and emailed daily by the agent requesting what she needed to lock me in a 3-year lease.
And once the deposit was paid, all communication stopped. Even once the home was ready to view on July 23rd, I still received no reply to my request to simply visit the home that I fully committed to a

I'm not even leaving one star because these people are horrible! I lived in my rental house 3 years before this company took over and NEVER had one problem, never paid my rent late, ever. Now they take over and add all kinds of extra charges, rather you want them or not, they make you have them and add the charges onto your account. Yet they have yet to complete one maintenance task for the house. They have and kept a $1900 insurance check i gave them a year ago to fix the patio door, its still not fixed but they wont give the check back. Agreed to tasks being completed in the lease renewal and

Home River group managed several of my investment homes over a period of year. During this time I saw a gradual decline from being a competent company to something that resembles the customer service I expect from Comcast. Managers and team leaders that randomly quit. Employees that take 3-5 days to return a call or email. Random unapproved vendor receipts. Despite having a really pleasant temperament when then do respond to a call or email, the general efficacy of this company is severely lacking. Beyond the normal business let downs, my situation warrants an additional commentary on Google reviews
