I honestly don't know how to explain this company but I can say that the lack of communication is awful. Never applied for a company that never answer the phone. But only communicate through email. Wanted to view the unit, was told I could not view the unit until we applied first never heard of that either me being a property manager I would never tell my future tenants this. Drove to the company no one is never there no sign saying hey we are out for today or anything. Even though we where hit with a higher deposit that most def was not a problem it just gave me the vibe of not wanting to deal

I have been a client/renter from Bluff City since 2017. I have been treated like family from Daniel and the staff there. I take great care of the property and they take great care of me, I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for an issue to be resolved, the rent is fair, and the level of communication is superb.

Bluff City Management, in my opinion, is one of the BEST property management companies in Memphis, TN. Their rapid response to my maintenance issues, professionalism, cleanliness of their properties, and overall the individuals who work there are some of the reasons why I love this company so much! I've rented throughout the city for the last 7 years, and overall - I wouldn't want to rent with anyone else! Ask for Jessica - she will HOOK YOU UP!

Rude, dishonest, RACIST, unprofessional! I have been a tenant in this property for 3 years paying my rent in full and on time every month. Originally I was with a different management company and was not formally notified when the change occurred. Since I have been with this company I have never had a pleasant encounter with anyone in the office. I know a racist when I encounter one..they couldn't hide it if you paid them. Also, our A/C went out and they sent someone to fix it but he did not do his due diligence and he had to come back a second time. We we're billed for the technician coming the

Very pleasant, professional people UNTIL you pay your application fee. Since doing so, a month ago, I can not get a simple call to tell me "yes" or "no". I have been hung up on by Jessica and she will not return calls. I have emailed Daniel twice and the management email as well with no attempt to contact me back. At this point, I am SO glad I decided to stay where I am and not switch to this circus of a company.

Horrible experience with this company. I was never told if I was approved or not after jumping through all of the loops I was asked to do so, even after I was told to put in my notice at my current residence. Jessica (leasing agent) put me on hold twice and never came back to the phone nor called me back after leaving her messages. Then, she started answering and just hanging up. I have emailed Daniel twice with no response. I feel as if they only wanted my application fee and had no intention of going any further. Unprofessional to say the least.
