I have no complaints with the company at all, I would like to brag about 2 of my favorite maintenance men Mike and Charles they are very professional and friendly. I'm giving the 5 stars them actually the few times I've dealt with them on minor maintenance requests they made my day with their great personalities.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. They took over my old apartment building two weeks before I moved out. I moved out mid October because that's when my lease was up, I notified the previous company of my plans to vacate and all was well. They informed Management That Cares of my move out date and I was contacted by them for a forwarding address and confirmed my move out date. First of the month rolls around and I attempt to pay my rent and see that its for the entire month. I called and the front desk lady, I believe her name is Shelby, and she was the absolute rudest

They deserve not even 1 star. They are absolutely horrible. They don't care about the property or their renters. You call them and they don't do a thug about it. Been here 12 years it was great before MTC took over. Have told them numerous times about the lake in the parking lot. We have raw sewage running outside the building.. They refuse to do anything about it! This place has become so run down!

The moment I moved in things started falling apart. First the garage door, then next the dish washer. Staff was less than friendly. Now that I'm moved out these greedy owners want to charge me for "overgrown shrubs - $150" THAT WERE THERE WHEN I MOVED IN.
This place is a joke. They have a portfolio of properties and do not actually give a damn about you. Don't rent from this agency. You will regret it.

I have been at my apartment for less than a year and the management has been great. When I first moved in my hot water heater busted and Mr. Mike was here the next day. He was extremely helpful and replaced it with a brand new hot water heater. Do what your suppose to do and things will run smoothly.

Please believe the reviews. I had difficult time even getting someone to respond to me about a listing. we ended up applying for a house without seeing it because we couldn’t get a response about a tour & we loved the neighborhood. we were approved & got a random text from an unknown number today asking for money for a deposit. this is before we have even been able to see the house; much less see a lease agreement or anything of the sort. the random number started asking for a cashier’s check for DOUBLE what the security deposit was listed as. they claimed it was due to our credit & rental

I have been renting from this company for a year now, and just renewed my lease for a second. This is one of the nicest rental companies is Memphis I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. When you’ve had horrible experiences from other companies, you really appreciate a company like this that makes everything so easy.
