Kathy will harass you and lie to creditors. I still.live in a property that she manages and she put an eviction on my credit before she threatened me with a balance I don't owe did I say I still live in the property and will not he resigning the lease due to an unkept property that she took over and didn't care inspect it before she start managing it. Please dont rent from this fraud

This has been the worst experience ever at Woodland Apartments. I have had urine and feces coming up through my kitchen sink for approximately 8 weeks. I have not been able to get this repair fixed properly and have not recieved proper follow up regarding the matter. The Property Manager Kathy stands behind the owners with their slumlord policies, and are not for the residents who reside in the properties. Please look at the attached pictures regarding urine and feces in my kitchen every single time someone next door uses the bathroom.

(Woodland Apartments) I was a first time renter, and Kathy made the process as easy as possible. The neighborhood is very quiet. You rarely see your neighbors. Anytime I needed anything fixed in my apartment, they were fixed that same day I called. They always up-kept the yards. They never enter your apartment without them letting you know;meaning if you’ve called about needing something fixed and you’re not home, they’ll call and ask if you prefer being home, or if you’re okay with someone entering while you’re gone? They’re understanding people. It’s a mixture of younger and older

This company managed my rental for 4 or 5 years while we were out of state. They were professional and on top of things. If something needed to get done they handled it quickly and efficiently. The owner Kathy is personable and approachable and level headed. I would recommend then for management of one or multiple properties. I just hired them for our HOA and they have been great. They have handled themselves admirably and professionally. Kathy is a wealth of knowledge and not afraid to do the right thing when necessary, while still being understanding and compassionate.
