The owners' a good guy ( Mike S. ) that my mother know an recommended. His Units are Very nice , beautiful apartments an homes. Well kept, good maintenance. He's a good business man with a big heart cause He got back to me pretty quick after my first post, to try an help me an my girls himself. He told me not to worry he took my information an found a place for me an my girls right before Thanksgiving. He help me an my girls get into a home. We were currently living out my truck.

Working with Mike Simpson at Realty Capital Management was a great experience. Mike walked me through the entire rental process which made it easy for to complete the process without having to take time off of work. Mike was able to close and have our house ready for move in in less than a week! He was quick, efficient and very professional. I was very satisfied. I had to move out of my previous home in a short amount of time and he was able to close the deal when I was ready.

They were there to help me whenI needed them the most. Me an my 3 girls 10 11 an 2, We lost our house after our landlord sold is properties to a redevelopment company. They forced everyone out in 30 days. Now homeless an living out of my truck with my 3 girls. The owner is a long time friend of my mother's. He heard my situation an No question asked he jumped into action as soon as he could to help me an my 3 girls. Hes a very reasonable understanding guy. He made sure he found me an my girls a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with Appliances.He made the process So very easy for me. I had the keys

Contacted Mike to lease a property which he did. Then shortly after, gave him another property which needed to be rehabbed first. He gave me the runner around for almost a month and did not get a solid quote from him. First he didn't realize property has 4 bedrooms, then he says he can't add a 2nd bathroom after stating he could. Then, I asked him to manage another property which was rehabbed but needed to be cleaned. He listed the property for almost 2 weeks without cleaning the property or going there. Finally after a couple of weeks, he tells me property has been broken into, did not clean it

No stars not even 1. Monica very rude. They don’t call just text 3 days later. Do this house i live in is infected with termites thru out the whole house. Ask them if they can replace doors and panels where termites came out at. Monica it don’t look like termites damage. Sent a picture of the fly termites coming out the same spot. But don’t waste your time with them. Never again lease over very soon.

When our house was 52° inside due to the latest snowstorm, they communicated with us as little as possible. The times that they did get back to us they were rude and Monica yelled at us (all caps over text, which I’m counting as yelling since someone would have to actually call us back in order to yell). Even if there was nothing to be done because of the roads, the way we’ve been treated is unacceptable. I don’t expect much from a rental company and yet I’m still disappointed. Maybe during the next major emergency they could show some compassion and understanding to their tenants who

Mike and Monica were great to work with! We lived in one of the properties they managed for almost 2 years. There were probably about 8 maintenance calls we had to make during that time (the place was a little older). Each and every time, whoever we reached out to responded in a day, at most, and had the appropriate service professional call to schedule a time to get the fix taken care of. I would recommend RCM over every single other management company in the Memphis area. They’re helpful, trustworthy, and they do a great job communicating when it’s needed.
