Services
Annual Meeting Coordination / Preparation - We handle all the preparation and notification for your annual meeting, including preparing and tracking proxies and verifying accurate attendance. Additionally, we will supervise and provide ballots for the election of Board Members and provide post meeting transcripts, and the mailing the minutes to owners.

If you have a property managed by Nikita, you will get great service. She is responsive through emails and phone calls. She tries to hear your side and tries to solve problems. And she does this all with a smile and positivity. Professional, timely, and friendly. All words that inadequately describe the great experience that Nikita provided.

Wright Property Management managers the condo where I have lived for the last 3 years. Every experience that I have had with Nikita Davenport has been extremely positive. Day or night, she takes my calls/emails and provides an exceptional level of customer service. In a recent incident involving an on-site contractor that was installing flooring in the unit above where liquid was leaking through my bathroom vent onto my toilet, Nikita immediately contacted them and they called me within the hour. She is always a pleasure to work with regardless of the circumstances. Don't lose her!

I live in a subdivision that’s supposed to be “gated.” However the entrance gate has been broken for over six months. Nakita Davenport with Wright’s Property Management has been informed about this broken gate on multiple occasions, however, repairs have yet to be made. There are multiple potholes throughout the community which were supposed to have been repaired in February, per the emails sent out by Wright Property Management; these potholes still haven’t been repaired. I have sent several emails to Wright’s Property Management and they have yet to rectify any of the issues. What

Wright Property Management has been terrific. Our association contracted with Wright Property after they were suggested to us by a member. Over the last couple of years we have been very happy with the success they have made with collections, rules enforcement and overall management. As a Realtor who deals with lots of property management companies and a former resident of the Artesian, which Eric with Wright manages, I can say they go above and beyond most property management companies. I have owned several condos managed by other companies and Eric is by far the most helpful and responsive association manager I've ever had.

Wright property management is a joke. I live in Woodland Hills and we still have the same violations we had five years ago. They wouldn't know a violation if they hit it with their car. You send in a complaint and you never hear back. I have a commercial day care next door to me and they do nothing. There are painted fences, car's in driveways for 14 years that haven't been address. Signs missing. Christmas decorations still up. Yard beds full of weeds. Don't hire Wright for anything. There good at taking your money but, that's about it. if I could give them a ZERO star i would!

I have had bad experiences with this company also. I am a homeowner in Woodland Hills and in 2012 Wright Management charged me a 15 dollar letter fee to remind me I was late paying fees. I had no problem paying the 30 late fee, but refused to pay the letter fee because it was newly imposed with no warning. 5 years later, they turned a 15 dollar letter fee into a 90 dollar fee within 6 months. In order to communicate with the board, I had to send the email to them to send to the board, supposedly. Am I not the homeowner!! This is a company with bad business ethics!!
