I toured The Jefferson in Oct 2021. The lobby was nice and the unit was ok. However, we (staff and myself) saw roaches in the trash room right next to the leasing office. The pest control binder showed that in the week I toured, there were 2 complains about rats. It's a deal breaker for me.
At the end of the tour, the staff told me that actually they don't have unit available, which was very surprising because I was told there is availability when I called to make an appointment and in the leasing office RIGHT BEFORE we started to the tour. Hello Team Jefferson. I am a new resident and so far I am very happy with the assistance I get from Managers Haider and Ishmael Acquah because both have been very helpful to me and assisted me in settling in nicely. Mostly Mr. Ishmael helped with documents and explained what are on the documents before I sign or discuss options. I will definitely recommend this apartments to others who want to move and located near stores which are a walking distance including a mosque and church. Thank you.

This community is very Awesome. I am living here from last 3 years they treat very nice management is very polite and helpful. Heider and Ishmael Acquah they both are very professional and helpful always. When ever I have any issues about apartment just reach to them they take care really quickly and good .I am very satisfied with this management. They deserve 5 start:)..

Maintenance people are so kind and excellent, they know what they’re doing.very big landscaping area, the sun comes in to each apartment , so yes , you read it right that is a sunny place.

I am very excited to say that this building has treated us with high respects and making us feel at home. I had some issues last time with my washer and dryer every time I go to the office I ask for it be fixed and it is within a timely manner. Haider the manager of the leasing office and his team have such a tremendous job and making sure the building and all its residents are happy and well taken care of in times of hardships. Thank you and I appreciate all your hard work.

I like my apartment With awesome Ishmael, I can't complain. He understands resident, listens to residents and above all, as a manager, he comes to inspect unit and tell you what to do in a respectful and professional manner and even helped me change my oven bulb 💡. I recommend this place and I'm sure Ishmael will take care of you. The management is good but this is my experience with Ishmael, the humble and professional manager thank you.
