This is the worst place you can rent. We lived there for 8 years From 1995 - 2003and took good care of the apartment thinking we would receive our deposit back and until now have not received a penny!! Called several times then and now and nothing. They will take your money and run with it. They should use the money they steal to take care of the roach and rat infestation but they NO!!!

I had four floods in almost a month I called three times for each flood to come to solve the problem. one of those times they left work unfinished all night and I had to go to sleep at a relative's house because the smell was unbearable.
I do not recommend anyone this apartments. Maintenance staff (Carlos Lucero) is so rude worst attitude.

I moved from this place because of many thing going wrong:
1. all the apartments have bedbugs,roaches and mice (they dont do anything to fix it
2. the parking area is limited even if you have parking ticket from them
3. is a waste of money paying high bills of power (the windows are no energy saver_) so
it take more timer to warm up the apartment after 15 mins is cool again
4.maintenence guy took 1 month to change the bulb from the kitchen
5. the walls and windows they sweet on winter so the mold start again
DONT WASTE UR MONEY ON THIS APARMENT
