I enjoy living here. It is located in the center of Falls Church which is extremely convenient. The apartment is very peaceful and quiet, and is surrounded by trees. The building is old and so there are sometimes problems, but maintenance is very good and prompt. The leasing manager is friendly and cares about the residents. The apartment is spacious and has a large balcony. We do hear the resident above walking, but we rarely hear the neighbors next to us. The kitchen and bathroom is outdated, but works just fine. They have an exterminator go to each apartment once a year to prevent pests. It’s

I enjoy living here. It is like a small community of friends, with such friendly neighbors, never mind been right in the heart of our little city of Falls Church. Schools, restaurants, churches, parks are all five minutes away, really. Our Resident Manager Barb is a God-sent, always going above and beyond to help with everything. I love it.
