Falls Green is great for those relocating to the greater DC area. It is situated in the quiet, green Falls Church area, which has excellent public schools. 10 minute walk to East Falls Church metro. Bus 28A stops directly in front. You can also walk to the Eden Center and more shopping at Seven Corners. Very close to excellent bike trails. Fun activities will give you plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors. In the summer you will enjoy the pool and grilling outside.

Lived here for 4 months, just submitted my 60 day notice (yes you need that much of a notice to vacate unless on a month to month) and am happy to leave. The apartment complex overall is very nice, but the interior of the units are not as nice as you’d hope for the price point.
What essentially set me over was the aggravating parking situation and inability to overcome simple fixes relative to their policies.
Maintenance personnel have always been awesome and Mason is an absolutely wonderful guy to have had as the leasing manager.

This project is an aged physical facility, however, it is the most well maintained of any I know. I am a real estate broker in VA, MD and NC with many years of experience since 1972. It's location is one of the most desirable in the DMV. It's staff is beyond comparison and above all of these positives is the community. The community is like a family made of every nationality, ethnic group and race. You walk into this campus and you feel the love and respect immediately! You know you are home!

Friends rented a place here and the entire family began to suffer unexplained health symptoms, that became more severe as the weeks went by. A nasal swab reveled one family member had mold colonies in her sinuses, so at their own expense they did a mold test on their apartment and found that it had toxic levels of mold spores. Management was apathetic, eventually offering them a different apartment that had the same mold problem. Months later and they have still not recovered fully, and say a few neighbors also suffered "sick building syndrome". The apartment overlooked the parking lot and cemetery

I’ve only been here a few days, but it nice to see how the community interacts with one another. Only downside is that I haven’t been able to meet people yet because there hasn’t been any events. Hopefully, I can start to meet my neighbors soon. In my apartment, when I moved in, there were a few things that were not right in my apartment, but that was to be expected.

So far, the experience at Falls Green has been wonderful. We love the affordability of this place as well as how nice it is. The amenities are by far the best asset. My dog loves playing in the on site dog park with all the other residents dog. There is a huge dog park that we walk half a mile to every morning from Falls Green as well. It is a little unfortunate that the hours of the gym are 9am-8pm most days because I cannot get a morning workout in. However, I love the gym area. The maintenance crew has been the best about fixing anything within 48 hours. The walls are thick enough that I have

Falls Green is a nice place to live. I have lived here off and on for the past decade and it is a home away from home for our family. The property is under new ownership and management now and the renovations are fantastic. The work commute into the District is easy with the Metro shuttle, the schools are top rated PYP/IB, but most important the community here is the best. The exercise classes, the kids activities and the resident activities are so fun and add so much to our quality of life.

We have lived at the Oakwood, Falls Church for almost one year and I strongly recommend Laurie Coughlin’s fitness classes. Moving and living In temporary housing makes it difficult to create new routines and motivate oneself to stay fit and maintain your health. My last year working with Laurie has allowed me to do that and more. She is… endlessly optimistic and an empathetic motivator. After taking Laurie’s fitness classes, I feel better about myself, have more energy and have even caught some of her infectious optimism. Laurie is a master at tailoring group workouts for virtually

It was an amazing experience. This place is kept lively with all the activities going on, everything you need is in the community. And they have shuttle service to train station and grocery store.. what not! Patricia is our favorite. She provided us great customer service. Oakwood is something we always remember!

I'm officially moving out Jan. 8, though I've only been here part-time since my grad course started in London. Before that I had been in my studio apartment as well as a spacious 1BR short-term rental.
I can't say enough good things about Oakwood. I moved here just as summer was rearing its ugly head, and had it not been for the pool, A/C, and… friendly people I might have run back to Connecticut!
I'm sad to give up this apartment, but I'm not Rockefeller so can't afford to live in two places at once. I will miss the view from my balcony, especially as the sun rises on a cool winter morning
