My apartments are managed by artcraft ( Pointe Parc in Jacksonville FL ) and they are currently saying that they wont renew my lease because of my twins I had. They are kicking me out cause I have one more child. Its 2 heart beats per room apparently. But I signed my lease with them. Even if I got another room they would still sleep with me. One of the worst experiences Ive had with any apartments I have rented. I was late once in my lease. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT BREAK INS
Ever since they took over our apartment complex, crime has risen exponentially. They stopped fixing light fixtures, left the mailboxes to rot, and stopped paying for the security detail that used to patrol the parking lot once a night. Now there have been multiple car break ins, our apartment window was cut into and they attempted to break inside, and packages have been stolen off of our porch. The management didn’t even have the wherewithal to do the bare minimum of emailing their tenants or posting a notice about how their neighbors homes and cars have been BROKEN

I love staying at the Village at England Run after everything got situated with the leasing office moving me in with roaches and expected me to spray roach killer everywhere while I'm pregnant. Things got better after that and then I got a new neighbor and everything went downhill again. This lady blast her music 24/7 and nobody does anything. My 1 year old son and I would love to sleep in our bedroom. It's been over a year and we sleep on the couch. The "Arbors Senior Apartments" is a great place to live. The staff are cordial and professional. The maintenance personnel is professional and always gets the job done in a timely manner. The premises are kept neat and clean, and there never any pest problems. The only issue is the second floor's only two washing machines don't fill properly, one takes forty-minutes to fill and the other barely wets the clothes, I've phoned the washing machine repair service several times but the machines aren't being repaired, either that or "Artcraft Management" has turned back the water supply saving on water

Best, most responsive management company I've ever dealt with. It called a couple of times because they noticed unusual things like a window that was in a jar or my door that was open because I was out checking the mail and got distracted. They've been very proactive during the covid-19 crisis, constantly communicating with us. They maintain the grounds and the rent reasonable.

I just brought home my newborn and had a cesarean that was in expected. He was 4 days old and the air conditioning unit in the apartment was going bad. I called it in as an emergency 3 days in a row being told they would contact our emergency maintenance man on sight and the office as it was Friday night and over the weekend. The air completely died and it was well into the 80’s. For a regular person that’s ok. For a few day old baby that should be in temperatures 68 to 72 max that’s an emergency. Artcraft Management is the company that owns my apartment complex, The Gardens on Timberlake, and has utterly abused their tenants. They've added policies and fees to existing leases without the tenants' approval, and their methods break the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act § 55-248.17 parts 1 and 5, and they're completely unconcerned with the damage they're doing to their tenants. This company took over a community in Central Florida that was doing well, flourishing and has ran it into the toilet. The laundry facility on property has about 10 dryers and 12 washing machines; only 3 dryers and 5 washers work. since June of 2017 I have asked why these have not been fixed- it's excusesville each time. The pool had lovely cabanas with couches and sufficient loungers for guests as well as tables and chairs. Cabanas are gone, destroyed by the awful residents and the neighboring community's residents, loungers destroyed, only 6 left and in bad condition. I asked about getting new

I needed to post this review to save anyone looking to deal with this management company, or rent any of their properties, as they treat their tenants like complete garbage with zero care about anything, other than money. The complex we lived at was poorly managed at best. We moved into a new building nearly a year ago, which constantly had leaks & countless other problems. Halfway through our lease we got neighbors above us which kept us up for over 350+ hours, between 12 Midnight- 5 A.M., in a 5 month span, to the point we were completely miserable here.
