My roommate and I have lived at the greens for 2 years now and have loved it. Manny is an incredible property manager! He truly goes above and beyond. Maintenance is always here quickly if I have a problem and never left things unfixed. The apartment has such a cozy feel especially with the fireplace in the winter. Large rooms lots of bright light! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I recently move out of Lawrence, and after living there for 8 years in 8 different apartments, The Greens was my favorite and the most homey! My unit was updated and maintenance was quick to fix everything!

The community is quiet. The appliances are good quality. The only downside is that they aren’t insulated very well. The staff is very nice and pretty responsive. Overall a pretty nice place to live ☺️

Love living here! Very quiet, pleasant and friendly community. Conveniently located to all you need in Lawrence. The management is amazing, and the maintenance staff are the best of all the apartments I’ve lived in the area. I rarely need to reach out, but when I do, they are always very helpful and swift to respond!

I have always loved the greens at alvamar! I lived there when I was 19 and then almost again at 26. This is one of the only places in town that trusted my income and not my credit and was nice, clean and with good amenities. Manny is friendly and accommodated me very quickly.

I was looking for a new place to live. Contacted the greens & spoke with Manny Romero. He had all the answers to my questions. Very polite and informative. The complex itself looked amazing and had a great layout. Definitely consider the Greens at Alvamar if you're looking for a place to live!

I’ve been here for a year and a half and i have enjoined living here. It’s a nice quiet area. Office staff are very nice and are always very respectful. I really like the Maintenance crew they have , they there nice and always take care of any issues super fast. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place in Lawrence.
