A Precise Home Inspection was founded in 2007, just before Lance Hayward separated from the Air Force. Lance knew that he wanted to help people, and after purchasing multiple homes throughout his military career he knew exactly how he wanted to do that. He wanted to provide a level of service that was unseen in the home inspection industry.
Our full, visual reports are published on site. Note this requires internet connection so if there is no service in your area there will be a delay. My reports feature a Repair Request Document generator for real estate agent partners. This helps agents quickly grab the language to copy/paste into their document to ask for repairs or concessions.
This is also called the 11 month inspection or the one-year inspection for some builders, which allows the homeowner to have any blemishes, flaws, or issues remedied. Before that one-year is up, you would want to hire a home inspector to investigate the home for anything you might not have noticed or see is happening.
Any potential home buyer should consider having a radon test performed prior to signing the final purchase agreement. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can collect in homes, sometimes to very high concentrations. We provide expeditious services with the use of high-quality testing equipment at the best price guaranteed.
Having your well water supply inspected is crucial. While some contamination issues are obvious to determine either through tastes, scents or discoloration, there are those that are difficult to detect without a professional water inspection. I could not make the inspection physically so I had my agent represent me. After speaking with my trusted agent whom I’ve been with since 2009, she has expressed to me that this is one of the best inspections they’ve experienced. Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. What surprised us the most was A Precise Home Inspection’s use of technology from flying drones to look at the roof to thermal imaging sensors for heat assessments. Sean did a professional and comprehensive home inspection. The In-depth inspection left me feeling comfortable for issue resolution. Every nook and corner was thoroughly inspected documented and explained with pictures and thermal scans.

I used A Precise Home Inspection to inspect my house just before the 1 year builder’s warranty expired. I contacted them specifically because they have a drone to look at the roof (my home is very tall) and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the inspection and level of service. The inspection started right at 1pm and Jacob, the inspector was right here at 1. He was here a good 3 hours. He was very thorough doing the inspection answered any questions we had to ask. He even mentioned things we were no aware of that were minor but what we could do to fix it if the builder would not. Before he left he went over the report and showed us all the pictures taken. The report was fantastic and very detailed. There are things the builder needs to fix but the things that the builder will not cover we were told how to fix them and where to buy. We would recommend A Precise Home Inspection
