Literally showed up within the day to address problems and was quick polite and did a wonderful job! I so enjoyed living at Nickel Creek. At the time I moved in, my SO was having heart surgery and the staff treated me very kindly. Friends helped us move and I appreciated the apartment they showed us and we rented because it had no stairs to get to it (middle apt.).

This was the best apartment complex I've lived in! They have a great staff to keep everything running smoothly. I have to give an extra shoutout to the maintenance team that is always on top of everything. If you are looking to live here, note that there are a lot of families with children. Parking is limited so I'd recommend getting on the waitlist for an additional parking space. The washers in the apartments are very small, but they do have full sized washer/dryers available as a shared amenity.

Nickel Creek is a great place to live, we love this apartment and we really enjoyed living there. The management abd maintenance were really helpful. The location is convenience, beautiful place, my kids love to play at the park, pool a lot, they missed this place and friends when we moved. We moved because we bought a home. We had a great experience at the Nickel Creek. Thank you all _the office staff and maintenance people, you guys all wonderful ! 😊******😊

While dealing with delays outside of Nickle Creek, they're were extremely helpful and understanding. Very clear on communicating important details. Very knowledgeable. And the management was just wonderful to work with.

We've been happily living here for 2 years. The only thing that changed that I'm not excited about is that it is in the path of the Paine Field airport so occasionally there are airplanes flying by. Not super frequently though. I love the convenience of the location, the apartments are nice and the management staff actually care. The maintenance crew is prompt and very nice. They are taking good safety precautions around the COVID problem. Parking spaces could be better (there are some seriously small spots and generally just not enough parking for visitors) but I will say that the management group
