Esusu opts our residents into positive credit reporting based on timely rental payments, with no negative impact and the option to opt out at anytime. This partnership has helped our residents build up their credit score or establish credit for the first time, simply by paying on time.
Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior.

This community participates in an affordable housing program monitored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Household income restrictions apply and are based on gross annual income. The community has a minimum household income requirement of 2.3 times the monthly rent amount to qualify.

Me and my family have been living here for 3 years now I’ve never complained about staff until now , old staff were so nice and sweet and made us feel welcomed , new staff or at least one I just spoke with on the phone was rude and not professional at ALL. I didn’t catch her name , we were on the phone and during mid conversation she said there’s someone else was on the line and hung up!! I work as front desk myself and I always help first customer and tell the other that I’m currently helping someone and to please hold! She wasn’t professional at all smh 🤦🏽♀️ 😠 it’s

It is not a good place for kids. There is a tiny play area. This creates a dangerous environment for children because it's all parking lot. The kids are all over. They're on bikes, scooters,skate boards, etc. Many of them are lower than the cars in between them and they pop out so quickly I can barely avoid running them over. Parents need to be supervising their own children because of the immediate dangerous situations present. Apartments that intend to house families with children should be required to to be child friendly. Equipped with sufficient safe playing areas. The small area to play is
