CityCenter Lynnwood provides affordable housing for residents whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable income for their household size. The total annual income must be at or below the following income limits depending on number of occupants in the household*.

I've lived here since it opened and it's been the most positive experience. The leasing office has been fantastic helping me with ant concerns I may have had and always very nice. The maintenance team works very hard every day keeping the bldg clean and always a smile for me. I feel safe and well cared for which is so hard to find these days!

These apartments were nice when they were first built. Since then the worst pet owners you can imagine have filled the place up. There's constant dog feces and urine all over the entryways every single day all day, in the elevators, the hallways, everywhere. Every, single, day. Zero exaggeration. There's people who vehicle prowl and try to sneak into the complex when you walk in. People stomping in their apartment because they could care less about anyone else. Homeless have been picking up so shady people constantly scavenging for cigarettes outside and lurking around. Tenants flush

I lived here for a couple years. It's noisy. The fire alarms went off at least once a month for six months in a row because someone would burn their cooking and open their apartment door therefore setting off the building alarms. The cops are there constantly. Seems like they don't screen tenants at all. Avoid!

I'm not officially approved yet, but, the process has been a great experience, so far. Mia and Margaret have responded to all my emails in a timely manner and have been very friendly and helpful. And Debbie in compliance is absolutely fantastic! I was having a terrible day when I showed up for my interview with her and she immediately put me at ease and went out of her way to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of everyone in the office and look forward to moving in next month! Thank you!

I am in the process of applying and I have had a great experience so far, all of my calls and texts and emails have been answered in a timely manner. The leasing office staff have been more than patient and helpful in filling out and understanding the paperwork and Debbie is actually going to sit down with me and help with the remaining paperwork. Hopefully everything works out and I will have a new home if not it won’t be from a lack of the staff trying their best so thank you ahead of time either way.

I’m not a resident yet so I’d have to give another review if my application is accepted, but the entire viewing and information process has been incredible so far. Mia is amazing, incredibly kind, and answers any questions that you have. She’s very timely, and during viewing she showed me all the different aspects of the building and laid out all of the different expenses. The apartment has a key fob entry/ call box for guests that made me feel significantly more secure than other places I’ve viewed! Every person that walked by us during my tour, Mia knew by name. My application was DENIED. When I talked to the manager, Mia, about appealing she told me to contact the screening agency. I did. I was told by a nice lady why would I call them to appeal my application when the property MGMT. has the final say in the matter. Mia is a liar! Will not answer any of my e-mails. I wouldn't rent here if they paid me.

And Today I’m contacting Carmen McFarland by leaving this review here and calling her again and maybe email her too.
Someone need to see if any notification appears on their side, right?
Anyways, I really hope is just bad timing and not bad customer service, as mostly everyone have commented in the past years.

Horrible management. Do not rent here. A detailed description of my concerns appears below:
What used to be a lovely new building is now quickly becoming a dump. I have communicated my concerns with the manager here, with the property management company, Indigo, & neither has been responsive to concerns.
The manager here, Carmen, has an answer covering City Center for every concern I have expressed to her. She says the place is not deteriorating, yet admits she doesn't have time to walk the property. For a two year old building, this place is terribly run down!
The floors & carpets are filthy

To start this off, when my boyfriend, and I had first begun to look into moving into an apartment, we read similar reviews like I'm writing right now, and we ignored them. Don't. We regret so badly moving into City Center, we no longer are walking into our "home", this place is just awful. When you get your tour you will be taken to a very specific area that is well cleaned, but the rest of the apartment building is DISGUSTING. The carpets are stained so badly, there is ALWAYS animal feces/pee that lazy owner do not clean

My sons and I have had the GREATEST experiences here! Amazing Leasing Staff! The kind of Janitorial and Maintence Staff! The best Community Events.
Yes, there are some hiccups here and there. But it happens. And it makes living here so colorful and eventful!

This seemed like a decent place, UNTIL we moved in. The majority of the staff is horrible. Maintenance around the building is very slow. The place reeks of smoke & is supposed to be non-smoking. The pool was shut down for over a month & the assistant manager blamed that on residents not showering before getting in the pool, yet the manager told me later it was due to a faulty pump. The assistant manager, Carmen, stated to another resident within my earshot at the community picnic that filling apartments was her job, not dealing with a the resident's request for a community board

Arrived on a Sat with my daughter, seeking apartment. Asked for tour, told not possible (not busy, with 2 people on duty). Asked to come back but told no.
Made appointment for the following Wed. I live 30 miles away so drove and met my daughter, on time. Told by a lady after 10 mins someone would be with us, then she left.
45 mins later she returned, said she didn't know about our appointment, refused to show us around, even after I mentioned my 60 mile trip.
Very amateur and disinterested.

Carmen (one of the leasing agents) was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us from scheduling a time to meet for a tour to scheduling a time to sign the lease. It's always nice to see her smiling face. Everyone else at the office is nice as well for the most part. You can find modern art throughout the building with a pool, gym, grilling area, three dining areas for rent during special occasions and an two office spaces available for the tenants including a sitting space for visitors.
