Terrace Heights Apts

I have lived here in ,3 different apartments, for the last 6 years. I have seen lots of changes and can say without a doubt that right now is the time to rent at Terrace Heights! Rachel and Linda are fantastic! In the past you were left waiting ( sometimes a while) for a call back form office staff, but not now! They are so on top of it and they are actually very kind and friendly.....which hasn't always been the case here. Very happy here with my family and no plans to go anytime soon!

Sent email, late on a sun evening, inquiring if they would have a 1x1 available mid aug. Received response from Rachel early monday a.m. We exchanged several emails and i ended up driving to the complex for a visual/commute estimate. Rachel's communication was always prompt and professional. I have since reconsidered relocating at this time but will sure look at living at Terrace Heights in the future!

I live in this places for 14 months..it’s really safe place to live..quiet and clean places too..i moved because I bought my own places...I would like to stay still. And thank you for the management it’s really good always on time ❤️

Be careful, there are some un visible cleaning fee which is not written cleanly in the contract and asked to pay no matter how long you stay there. not even give you receipts about what they charged.

The apartments are great! The management sucks so bad! I have been lied to several times. Had to arrange for all 3 of us tenants to come in to sign the paper work (3 people with full time jobs) and when we did, she conveniently did not have the paper work for us to sign..... so now we have to re-arrange another whole day to get paper work signed. When we had told her we were going to need to sign the paperwork before hand. Very unprofessional and she refused to provide contact information from cooperate....

Great apartments. Area is ok (near to transit center and public library - undesireable traffic. Also near Fred Meyer’s and the mall and the I-5).
Walls are thick. Stairwell is a bit loud with heavy boots. Most neighbors are better than I’ve had in the past at other complexes: quiet, drama-, smoke-, and drug-free. Animals are well-behaved.
My first night was rough: neighbor woman crying and laughing hysterically at 2am (she was drunk, high, or had mental difficulties). I called the police. The next morning, a drug pipe in my stairwell. A few other instances of a drunk domestic beating in the

I have lived here for almost two years and have had a great time while here. The apartments here are clean, spacious, and maintenance is always quick to fix any problems. A grocery store is just 2 blocks away. Kelley, the apartment manager is great and always willing to help after hours when I receive a package. The park and ride is a short walk/drive away so it is convenient to get to work anywhere using transit. I have had a great experience well here and would recommend the complex to anyone looking to move into the Mountlake Terrace/ Lynnwood area.

I lived here for over a year now and have seen things grow. The apartments here are well maintained and clean. There is a pool, small gym, and you can choose to have a roofed garage (but no door). i Love it here. The manager, Kelley is super friendly and will always help as much as he can. I work 7 days a week and have 3 jobs. By the time I'm home its way past 6. But every-time I have a package, he is willing to leave his apartment and unlock the office just so I can get my package even though he closed like 3 hrs ago. Kelley is amazing.
