My son used to live at Brookhollow Apts for about 5 years. He moved to Dallas almost 5 yrs ago. Recently while shopping online, I accidentally had two packages shipped to him at this old address. The property manager Matthew is an exceptional person! He personally took care of having the boxes returned to the store and alleviated a huge headache for me as the store was not as cooperative in allowing me to change the address nor cancel the order. He cares so deeply about people and the property and is the most conscientious and helpful person. This is customer service that goes above and beyond

I lived at Brookhollow for around 2 and a half years and i never had any complaints, the managment is beyond amazing, the maintenance is always quick, efficient, and good at what they do. Regularly scheduled pest control insured the place stayed pest free and never had any critters to deal with, all in all if i had to pick the best bang for your buck living experience i would pick these apartments, you will not regret it!

I’ve been at brooke hollow apartments, for about a year now and signing a new lease soon! It’s my first complex I’ve stayed in, and couldn’t ask for anything better! Whenever we’ve had an issue, it’s been fixed almost immediately, and matthew is also the best at trying to personally know everyone in the complex, by walking around the complex and sparking conversations with everyone and by having office hours all week for any questions you have! When the major snow storm hit he opened up the office to make sure anyone without power could come in and make themselves some warm food and

I’ve lived at Brookhollow for two years and I’m moving to another city next month, but if I could stay I would! Matthew is very responsive and genuinely cares about his residents. Early on in my first lease, there was a problem with bugs upstairs due to a cleanliness issue with the neighbors and it was handled in a professional and efficient manner. I always felt safe on property and everyone is very friendly, even the maintenance staff. I have to rave about these guys. They are so ready to tend to requests and they never waited a day to respond to what I needed fixed. It’s a quiet place

Honestly one of the best apartment complexes I've ever stayed in. They've been around since the 70s so they're a little dated, but maintenance keeps everything in tip-top shape. I know for a FACT I've experienced such good management and maintenance before, and I've stayed in some pretty high-end complexes around Tyler.
For example, I emailed the manager (Matthew) about a minor issue with my A/C and maintenance was knocking on my door within 5 minutes. The lines on the A/C were frozen so it has to be off for a day or two, so they went and got me a portable unit and set it up for me - all of this

Truly the best apartment I have lived at in Tyler. I didn't even know my upstairs neighbor had a baby until I lived there 2 months! Buildings are well build and they do a great job at taking care of them as well as the property. I highly recommend Brookhollow. Matthew is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Brookhollow for a wonderful apartment experience.

Family has been living here for almost 2 years and we considered it our home. Manager Matt and maintenance staff (Chris and Arthur) have been the best to work with. Our unit is cozy and if anything needs work, the staff has been outstanding in their response to help. Caring and understanding especially through last year’s pandemic and the recent winter storm. Look forward to another year!
