I'm in the process of moving in and my experience so far has been nothing less than EXCELLENT! Carla (the property manager) has gone above and beyond in communicating with me every step of the way even though I was contacting her constantly while (impatiently) waiting on my application to be approved. I'm so happy to have found such a gorgeous place to call home in Tyler!

I have few things I don't like about this place and that is I was working out of town and for whatever reason the maintenance man felt the need to go in my apartment and steal my jewelry, money, etc went to the office and nothing was done. It took several more tenants to complain about missing stuff before he was fired. They don't fix NOTHING my windows are sealed shut and still haven't came to take care of that issue 😡 my blinds, & sink. It's alot but I stay because I haven't found me a place yet!

Positive and negative about the Moore Grocery Loft apartments:
The positives: They have free Wi-Fi for their apts. On site, there is a coin laundry. In another small area they have one of those compact weight-lifting machines and a few treadmills.
Negatives:
If you like to take a warm shower? Don't expect it to last that long! They have tiny water heaters!
They are too expensive, for my pocketbook, and especially for the location of the apartments!
--- I don't want to frighten anyone... but I would want to know the following!
There was a conflict with a knife in the parking lot! Someone was

I love my loft apartment but lately, the complex has been going down hill. From noisy, inconsiderate neighbors to the office being locked a majority of the time during business hours. When our packages are left in office, we rarely get notice from management and as I said before, they are rarely open for business. Sign hung on the door every morning before 9am saying they will be out of the office until 1pm, but if you bang on the door loud enough, they come right out. Basically sitting in there doing nothing while ignoring tenants. The new maintenance man has been a God send, he's the only reliable

Whoever said this place is quiet and safe was paid or prompted to leave a good review! I don’t know if many good things about this place.
A shooting happened in the parking lot two weeks ago
A little boy was hanging out side his window on the loft side of the apartments a month ago
Homeless people live in the stairwells and behind the dumpster
A young man20ish screams at people in the parking from his window, stares at tween/teen girls in the parking lot like a predator.
I haven’t ever had an issue with maintenance, I know by state regulation our air filters for our AC are suppose to be

They have changed management several times. Be careful that you keep receipts/proof of your monthly rent payments because they love to charge extra fees. They enter the tenant's apartments without notice and it takes forever to get things fixed. The stairways are always nasty and need to be cleaned. I have tried to contact the rental company over these lofts about how things are handled but was unsuccessful. They definitely need improvements for the rental prices. 😡😡😡

I viewed the property and a loft apartment today. Its very unique and comfortable. Great location for people in their 20s-30s. It has a atmosphere of apartment you would find in downtown Austin. Great price for size, location, and amenities. They have many floor plans as well as loft or flat apartments available. Very friendly manager and assistant manager. Only one small negative about the property... And that is, parking looks tight.
