The good: Place isn't bad. It has very reasonable rent and maintenance requests are prompt and quickly handled. They have their own laundry facilities and I don't notice any problems with noise. The staff is friendly and will get back to you quickly. They do have a room with a treadmill and other exercise equipment and they have a pool that's well maintained.
The Bad: The only thing problems I'd note is sometimes the gardening staff will start cutting grass and do maintenance early in the morning (I'm a night owl). Also, if they have to do maintenance on inside of the apartments (air filter/fire

While our neighbors upstairs were operating an illegal prostitution ring in Tyler. And teenagers robbed the Pizza Man at gunpoint one night just nearly

The rent you pay is too high and not worth the space you are living in. I paid a water bill once but after the first month the water was combined with my rent. And they made sure to get their money's worth for the water because it took like 10-15 minutes for the water to get hot. Some of the maintenance men knock to see if you are home first and the others just try to barge in like they own the place. And lastly, it is taking almost 2 months for
