Have repeatedly told management and maintenance about repairs. NEED my refrigerator properly repaired or replaced. Not taking a look at it just using some device to check temperature. Obviously you can see when… you look at food items they are melting,food ruining, items in freezer are soft. Also other repairs need attention as well.

AVOID this complex unless you want sewage water flooding your apartments every other week. Not just 1 apartment a whole floor or even the whole building. Management doesn't do anything or care about their residents. They let your property sit in sewage while they go to lunch and don't even come to check on the residents at any point. This is not a… place you want to live. It's not good for your health or your money.
When they finally do get someone to come out it's usually hours later and they dont thoroughly check the apartments to make sure everything including the walls and door frames
