I have been a tenant for almost four years. The management and staff are friendly for the most part,but i have experienced a huge amount of theft from my car as well as my apt, all of which has not been resolved. There are no working cameras in the rear of the apartments which has also made me feel unsafe when my husband is at work. I hope to find a home very soon. *Update* We got approved for a home 6 months after I submitted this review.

These are the best Apartment in East Texas me and my mom. Been living here for a while and I love saying here they. They 2 parks one in the Front and the back and they have a BASKETBALL Court so you’re son or daughter play #BESTAPARTMENT #COMHERE😊 #THANKS FOR READING

Would give 0 stars. Was number 3 on waiting list then get a call asking why am I moving there. Then she tells me they not gone give me a apartment for that reason

Racist management, racist atmosphere. Many people pulling into parking lot late at night, visiting one apartment for about three minutes, then leaving if you know what I mean. Not the safest feeling.

I know some of you ladies may really be in need of an apartment or may live or even be on the waiting list waiting for your apartment to come up, but make sure you keep up with your paper work! These two evil witches are so called christian ladies that claim they love the Lord. They are very evil and all they're about is money. It's always some type of drama going on over there and even one time a girl got shot in the face. They are not concerned about your well being as far as your living arrangements.
