Dr. Erica P. Vaughan was raised in Oswego, NY. After graduating high school, she attended Virginia Tech with the long-term goal of becoming a veterinarian. In 1999, she received a B.S. in Animal and Poultry Science from Virginia Tech. Upon graduation she continued her pursuit of becoming a veterinarian.

We made an appointment at Copper Ridge to get a second opinion regarding a procedure suggested by our regular vet and were SO pleased with our experience. We have brought Remington, our 9 month old chocolate lab, here since he was 8 weeks old. Dr. Vaughan and Dr. Fint have always taken wonderful care of our fur baby, whether it be routine vaccinations, helping alleviate a casually consumed rug, or treating a wound. They’re compassionate and make it obvious that they take pride in their work. The rest of the staff is always kind and helpful. Remington doesn’t freak out when we pull up to the office or hesitate to go inside and he’s only a little sour when I pick him up (mainly for not going in with him), so I think that’s always
