Great Hotel! Great Staff! Great Location! I cannot say enough about the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. When we first got there and checked into our room the A/C thermostat was not working. I went down to the front desk to let them know that they may want to send a maintenance tech up to check it out and Brandon said they would but in the meantime he would find us another room on the same floor so we didn't have to wait on them to fix it. I would have been fine waiting because I believe it was just a programming issue but Brandon didn't want us to have to deal with it so he promptly

Opted for a balcony view of the road and we were not disappointed. We had a great stay. The room was wonderful and although our balcony was small we had a wonderful time. Perfectly located. There is a grocery store nearby so we loaded up on some drinks and sat outside all night. It is remarkably quiet being that close to all of the craziness. Definitely recommend. There is a nice courtyard in the middle of the place with a pool. Staff was friendly and accomodated our having to leave our luggage there as our flight didn't leave until the evening. Definitely recommend.

Two names: Brandon and Lonnie. These guys were the BEST welcome wagon we could have hoped for, especially Lonnie's enthusiasm! Brandon continued to share suggestions during our stay, honestly we talked with him every night of our stay and he really made us feel at home. Thank you both for your amazing hospitality!
As for the hotel itself, breathtaking details that add character. Centrally located to everything, clean and comfortable, a beautifully serene courtyard. We had a street balcony room and bourbon street noise was minimal with the balcony doors closed. Only bothersome noise was morning

I am so glad to be back at The Hotel St Marie after the pandemic. It is my home away from home when traveling to New Orleans . The accommodations are always clean and the staff like family making sure that all is well with my stay. Nakia and Tiffany in housekeeping, Tonya and the new two newbies Paul and Bryan that she has trained, Lonnie and Jerome the bellmen are all so special. You will never find a hotel like the St Marie if you do you are very lucky. Tim who manages the whole show is awesome.

Fantastic Hotel to stay at and just half a block from Bourbon Street! The Hotel Concierge were courteous and knowledgeable of their area and gave us plenty of recommendations to choose from. Surprisingly, I thought being half a block from Bourbon Street it would have been louder but we didn't even hear any of the other guests in the hotel. It has a relaxing pool if it's hot out and you want to cool off. The valet parking ensures your car is safe as the parking garage is attached to the building. This was a great place to stay for the night.

Loved everything about this place. The room was gorgeous. The staff was very attentive to your every need. The location was perfect. Bourbon St. Was right around the corner. We got to be in the action without being right on top of it. Everything was perfect about this spot. You can't go wrong if you stay here

This boutique hotel is well appointed and perfectly situated in the French Quarter on Toulouse st. Everything you want to see is a short walking distance. There is a small coffee and sandwich shop attached but we opted for Cafe Du Monde and muffulettas from a nearby grocery store. There is a cool pool and courtyard and our room had a balcony and street view. The spacious room was excellent with everything you need traveling. Unlike many other places this hotel seemed updated, clean and well maintained. Be ready for a bit expensive valet parking but we'll worth it as you can come and go. Our

LOVED LOVED LOVED staying here. The rooms were quaint and charming. Hotel management and staff bent over backwards for us. One day I was in the pool and I was hungover and I must have looked like death , the manager saw me ..... didn't even say anything , just brought me a small plate of cookies!!!! When I tell you that it warmed my heart and greatly lifted my spirits , it's an understatement . Thanks for everything, can't wait to come back!!

Last minute weekend getaway to surprise our niece for her 21st bday. The family reserved a room here near Bourbon Street. The Hotel was nice. Location was nice. Convenient little bakery downstairs along with a restaurant next door, cheap mom & pop shop liquor store across the street as well. BEWARE! We slept w/lights on after hearing a haunting story from a relative that arrived a couple nights before us. Let's just say things may go THUMP in the night @ St Marie's though I slept well...could be thAt I was very much intoxicated also

Scam. Best way to describe our experience. We had 3 rooms for 3 nights booked for 3 coUples. One had an emergency medical episode and had to have surgery and was not permitted to travel per doctors orders. They hotel told us upon arrival they would refund his money. Almost $2000. They have now told him they will not be refunding the money. Although we are quite certain they reNted the room out! What a scam! Our room had a broken coffee pot. Was never once cleaned inn the 3 in iChat we were there! We will never stay there again. Or in any of their other properties!

After reading some of the reviews I will honestly say most people were incredibly harsh with the poor ones. This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and you will be located in a very walkable area.
I chose the street facing room which the balcony was wonderful. My only complaint is you will deal with street noise and the garbage trucks that sound like transformers battling in the wee hours of the morning. I did use ear plugs but the sound echoes between the buildings so If you are a light sleeper be prepared.
The staff was accommodating they stored my luggage since I arrived early and

This is the place to stay. My room was super clean and mostly importantly right in the middle of any Bourbon St. action. The staff was super friendly, from the parking to the check in/ check out desk. We enjoyed sitting in the patio area, and lounging by the pool late at night. This is definitely where I will stay again, but the next time, I'm definitely requesting a balcony!

Don't often get the opportunity to stay at a French Quarter hotel, but glad I chose the St Marie when the opportunity presented itself this week. Getting a room for under $100 made me a little nervous, but what I discovered was a great deal on a very nice room. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom with a great shower, balcony overlooking the patio, pool and quarter rooftops. TV and internet that worked just fine. Friendly service. Reasonably priced valet parking,

My wife and child stayed at this hotel for almost an entire week. We booked through a travel site and had zero issues checking in to the hotel when we arrived (a little after midnight). Our room was ready for us upon arrival so that all we had to do is get our keys and go to bed.
This is a great hotel to stay at if you want to be close to the action on Bourbon street, but want peace and quiet from the noise (seriously, this place is less than a few hundred feet from Bourbon street but far enough that at night, you hear nothing).

Great location, great price.
This place is only a block from Bourbon St and allowed us to walk to all of the French Quarter attractions with ease.
Close enough to be a part of the party without being in the middle of it.
The garbage trucks down this street are EXTREMELY loud. If you're a light sleeper beware, though if you're a light sleeper, don't stay near Bourbon St.
There is a nice little coffee shop attaches to the hotel, a quaint courtyard and a little swimming pool...though it was too cold for us to use this trip.

I just found out this hotel charges 1 day of booking to reserve a room. So, in my case that means I paid $750 for the room and an additional $215 for making a reservation ahead of time. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. I found out while reviewing the charges on my card and saw the charge. Called the hotel and they explained they always charge for nights not stayed as insurance for cancellations! It is does not state this anywhere on their website and I plan to dispute the charge.

We simply love this hotel. It is our home away from home. It starts with the easy valet parking which keeps your car indoors!! This is critical in the Quarter.
Check in is usually very quick and pretty personal. We have noticed some of the employees have been there for more than one trip, which is rare in the area....
Our room favorite is streetside balcony but we had poolside balcony this time. The new room renovations are awesome! The AC is still a little underpowered but that just adds to the NOLA feeling!

I am giving this hotel a 5 Star because of its location, friendly Staff and cleanliness. From the day we arrived until the day we left the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is located a few blocks from Bourbon Street and restaurants. They offer Valette parking at a reasonable price, which is a plus if you are visiting the French quarters. The room was very clean and modern. The next we visit we will try to get a room with balcony access.

My friends and I stayed here during the NBA All-Stars weekend, and for the most part, it was acceptable. Pros? The rooms are spacious, the beds were SUPER comfortable, and the location absolutely can't be beat. And despite being less a block from Bourbon, it was peaceful enough to sleep at reasonable hours, at least in our room on the 5th floor.
Unfortunately, for each pro, there is a glaring con. The glaringest of them all were the WINDOW SHUTTERS they use for BATHROOM "DOORS." To make matters worse, the shutter door didn't even have a latch so there was no way to lock or
