During my three year as a One Palm resident, I must say nothing but positive things about my experience on every front. The building was always immaculately clean and cared for, the staff was remarkably helpful and caring.
The communication between management and residents was always timely and accurate. I believe living in such a large building with its many complex amenities and diverse needs only functions well when there are strong skills and talents on the part of the employees and the manager. Vicky’s leadership in handling the diverse needs of both staff and residents is absolutely outstanding

Looking for an apartment-look no further. One Palm on Palm Avenue is an incredible place to live. The location is perfect - the building is beautiful and people ... the best in Sarasota - from residents to staff. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Almost forgot - the amenities are too long to list. Valley service, pool restaurant and bar , connect to a fabulous hotel - Aloft — and a full time management and maintenance crew that are awesome!

This is a great new property in downtown Sarasota. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and downtown businesses, the Bayfront, the Ringling Bridge, Selby Gardens, and many other attractions and amenities. The place is practically new (1yr old), well-maintained (by Jerry and Carlos), and pleasant Leasing and management staff as well. There's valet service for parking (and guests) which is on site.

My wife and I have lived at One Palm since its opening in early 2016, and we could not be happier. The facilities, amenities, location, management and staff are all wonderful. In addition, we have made a number of friends at One Palm already, and have met many wonderful people. One Palm is a dog friendly building, and many residents have one or two (small) dogs. A dog culture has developed at One Palm and word of it -- and the other positive aspects of living here -- has spread quickly. So much, in fact, that there is a waiting list of some 200 people. We feel fortunate to be living at One Palm
