Cityside is a rare gem in downtown Sarasota. We are in walking distance of Whole Foods, Publix, Selby Library and great restaurants on Main Street. The amenities are awesome- Yoga with Erika, Golf membership at University Park CC, complimentary Saturday breakfast and super fun community events. The always smiling staff at Cityside has made me feel so at home!

We haven’t even moved here yet and I’m already giving you a 5 star rating ! My wife and I researched south west Florida and quickly found Sarasota to be the best choice. We have been searching for an apartment and City Side looks like it is easily the best place to live. The location, the amenities, the hospitality and community are what sold us. Lord willing we will be leaving beautiful North Carolina to start a new life in sunny Sarasota next year !!!!! We can’t wait!! City Side here we come !

Couldn't imagine a better and easier introduction to Sarasota lifestyle than moving here. The facility, amenities and entire staff is top shelf! Personable and professional in every respect. CitySide Apartments is the most wonderful apartment complex to call home. I have lived here for going on 3 years and have loved every minute of it. The facilities are new, gorgeous and clean. The complex is safe and well maintained and the amenities are FABULOUS! I have met the most interesting, kind people at CitySide and the staff are the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encounter in apartment complexes. Before moving to Sarasota, I rented in Chicago, Washington D.C. and San Francisco and I can honestly say that my experience at CitySide has been the best hands down. Thank you to our

Moving to CitySide was the best decision!! Friendly Environment, lots of fun and educational activities, very supportive to entrepreneurs, and gorgeous amenities. I have met so many great new people. It opened an EASY Engagement with the City and all the beauty it has to offer!!! just jump on a bike and you are exploring the Mariana and the peaceful waters of Bay front Park - a few blocks to Walking the gorgeous Bridge a happy social activity - or just minutes to a spontaneous and most gorgeous sunset on Lido Beach. Enjoying the Lifestyle!
