Did a 13 month lease from June 2019 - July 2020. Toured with Taylor.
She was very friendly, and accommodating during the tour. We had looked at three different properties and decided on Luxe ultimately. The apartment was new and in great condition. It was very cozy, and comfortable, and well appointed. We enjoyed the porch that looked at the woods. Any maintenance was dealt with quickly via the portal, and/or a follow up email to the manager. Silas and Bruce were great with the maintenance during the entire lease we were there. It was a very comfortable place to live during the one year we required

I most definitely would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I am not one to write reviews, but I have never had such a bad experience with one company in my life. I have only been a tenant here along with my two young girls for approx. 4 months now and it has been the most frustrating and aggravating places I have had to deal with. Not to mention the repugnant and putrid living quarters.

I’ve lived at Lux for over 3 years . I had enough. Everything in my apt is breaking. And they never know how to fix it. Going on the second week without my dishwasher. Went 4 days without my air in the hot Florida temps to name a few . The staff is so overwhelmed with request and not enough staff . Don’t do it.

This place is nothing but a dump. Apartments received water damage from the last storm and management as well as corporate will only patch the water damage. Everyone in these buildings is now subject to mold. The manager does nothing but lie when she is asked about repairing the damages. The maintenance crew will go into apartments without notifying the owners. This is unacceptable. Stay away from this place!!
