I'm currently living here and the only good thing i can say about this place is that it has a decent open floor plan for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Cons would be the loud, inconsiderate, obnoxious upstairs neighbors, dirty grounds, courtesy to the dirty people who live here. Also I've lived here for about 4 months and my rent has increased twice. If you are ok with these things then this is the place for you.

Not family friendly!!!!! Unless you're ok with drug trafficking and the smell of weed all around , because people smoke outside whether kids are around or not then this is the place for you. Its basically the ghetto and the management acts like it too besides the one lady that is there all the time i believe her name starts with a m she is great!!!

This are my friends apartments. I like this place, it's location is prime and good access to many other chill spots. It's three stories high so it is a bit of a walk, but who doesn't need the walking? Only thing preventing me from putting 5 stars is that this morning I was making eggs and the alarm kept going off really loudly and I couldn't really focus on making the perfect golden brown colored eggs.
