Renters beware!! I rented for years and always paid on time when I signed my lease I checked the box ware I was able to lease my appartment out they still wouldn't let me do even thought I had 100% qualified renters. They forced me to pay 2 months rent to brake my lease when I bought my home. This place is evil a rip off beware when you try and leave!

I have truly enjoyed my time at the community. Some great renovations have been done to the pool and dog park area and the entire Huntington Place team does a great job making this property feel like a community. If you grow your own plants on your porch based on your religion .. ie potatoes, eggplant,, peppers,, tomatoes,, pineapple, bonsai banana... you will be fined because it doesn't meet their criteria even though they cannot afford landscaping let alone any maintenance in an apartment like fire alarms and air filters. It takes 3 months for an air filter to be delivered to your door even living in building 1 bit expect you to pay $1500 a month for basic 1 bed living ...

I am strongly thinking about not renewing the lease here. Are A/C stopped working today we have called 3 time and no one has called us back. This is not the first time it has went out its more like the 5th time. The last person who fixed it said this thing is over 20 years old and needs replaced. Why are we paying over A $1000 a month if we can’t even get them to change the A/C unit? I am very upset.

I moved her in June 2020. A new management company - Pegasus Residential - took over and they have really improved the property. The leasing reps here are wonderful! They fixed my heating and loo immediately! Property a little old, but landscaping beautiful. Pool is amazing. I am trying get a pickleball court add to the two tennis courts!!
